For current Southcoast Health patients

If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms: 

  • Call the Southcoast Health COVID-19 Nursing Triage Hotline at 508-973-1919. Our COVID-19 Nursing Triage Hotline is monitored from 7am – 9pm.
  • A nurse will answer questions, evaluate symptoms and advise on next steps. 

If you need an appointment (not related to COVID-19): 

  • Use our Find a Doc tool or call your provider. Your appointment will be scheduled as a telehealth visit or an in-office appointment. In-office appointments will be made only if determined to be necessary and safe.

If you already have an appointment: 

  • Your provider’s office will call you to either change your appointment to a telehealth visit or will confirm your in-office appointment.
  • Appointments will only be kept as in-office visits if determined to be necessary and safe.

For those who are not currently a Southcoast Health patient

  • Call the Southcoast Health 24/7 COVID-19 Nursing Triage Hotline at 508-973-1919. Our COVID-19 Nursing Triage Hotline is monitored from 7am – 11pm.
  • A nurse will answer questions, evaluate symptoms and advise on next steps. 

If you need an appointment (not related to COVID-19): 

  • Use our Find a Doc tool to find the right provider for you, or call 844-744-5544. Your appointment will be scheduled as either a telehealth visit or an in-office appointment. In-office appointments will be made only if determined to be necessary and safe.

If you do not need a new provider but need or want a quick assessment:
