Start Your MyChart Video Visit in 5 Easy Steps

Meeting with your provider by video visit is a convenient way to receive care without coming to the office in person. MyChart Video Visits are not compatible with Internet Explorer or older versions of Microsoft Edge. If you have access to Chrome you should update that as the default browser.

Just follow these 5 easy steps:

  1. Login to the MyChart App, tap Appointments then GO to e-Check-in.
  2. Complete your Copay. (Co-payments must be made in order to complete the eCheck-in process.)
You MUST complete e-Check-In before joining the video visit and you can e-Check-In up to 72 hours before your appointment. If your co-payment cannot be made online, your provider’s office will call prior to your visit to complete your check-in.
  3. Verify your Personal Information including questions about medications, allergies, symptoms and pharmacy preference.
    You’ve successfully submitted your eCheck-In!
  4. Review and/or update your Emergency contact information.
  5. Begin your Video Visit.
You may begin your video visit no more than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled time. This will allow you to test your connection to video in case you need to update or install a web browser. Use the FAQ for assistance.
