Thank you for choosing Southcoast Health! We are currently redesigning and enhancing our Patient Payment Portal. Some of the changes that you may notice as we transition to our new and improved portal include.
- Your username and password will not be used.
- You will not be able to see itemized detail of your accounts.
- You will not be able to see your statements on-line.
- Accounts placed with a collection agency will not appear. Please contact the collection agency for any questions.
In May, you will see the return of the features that you may have used previously as well as some new features:
- You will be able to set up your own payment plans.
- You will be able set-up reminders and notifications for yourself.
- You will be able to view a history of your transactions.
