Hillary Costa earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She accepted a position joining the Southcoast Health Family Medicine practice at the Wareham location.  

Rachel Finney earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She brings extensive nursing experience in numerous specialties, first joining Southcoast Health in 2017 as an RN before taking on roles as an emergency department nurse and nurse practitioner in family medicine. Rachel has now accepted a new position with the Southcoast Health Cardiology team.

Earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, Nicole Gifford joins the Southcoast Health Family Medicine practice at the Tiverton location.

Doctor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Karen Smith, joins the maternity services team at St. Luke’s Hospital. Having received her Doctorate of Medicine from the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, she brings 20 years of experience and expertise in various areas of gynecological medicine as well as labor and delivery.

We are delighted to welcome Hillary Costa, Rachel Finney, Nicole Gifford and Dr. Karen Smith to Southcoast Health. Their addition to our team is a testament to our commitment of providing exceptional care and service across the South Coast region.
