MTM Staffing, brought to you by Southcoast Physician’s Group, is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists for our in-house travel team!

MTM Staffing, standing for More Than Medicine, will operate like an external traveler agency, except that everything will be handled “in-house” and the workers will be Southcoast Physicians Group employees instead of employees of an external agency. 

MTM Staffing RNs and Surgical Technologists will be offered temporary, full-time & part-time, hospital assignments for an 11, 12 or 13-week period that can be renewed for one additional assignment (with Southcoast approval). 

To be eligible for positions with MTM Staffing, candidates must either have never been employed by Southcoast Health or must have voluntarily terminated their employment with Southcoast at least nine months prior to application with MTM Staffing.
