  • All fine, specialty practice and needs were met.

  • Punctual

  • Explained everything clearly

  • Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and listen to my needs.

  • I was very well attended

  • on time

  • The entire visit was helpful...the front desk were polite and funny..i appreciate humor especially at a dr office. This was my first visit and the dr was nice...straight forward with answers to my questions and very personable...I take my health very seriously and appreciate direct information to help me stay healthy

  • Everything was to my satisfaction

  • This was one of the best health care experiences I ever had. Every single person was welcoming and knowledgeable! Joan was great and helped immensely in my understanding of my knee but also in the ways I can take control of my health. What a crew!

  • I felt comfortable and at ease with the provider she explained everything in detail The receptionist that I checked in and out with was also very helpful and accommodating

  • I had a good experience. Everything was timely and knowledgeable.

  • The only thing that I find rather unproductive is that if you have another issue that cropped up prior to your visit they cannot evaluate and xay the new problem while u are there...for instance....I went in for a crushed toe injury and it affected my gait and my knee was swollen as well.....also...I fell prior to my scheduled visit on my shoulder and that issue could not be xrayed either....we could have addressed all three issues by xray during the visit but that wasn't allowed apparently.......although the matters were verbally discussed.....

  • Very friendly staff

  • It was excellent from the minute I came in until I left. The intake person was wonderful as was the PA. I got a lot of great information on how to deal with my current health situation. Thank you to all.

  • Dr. Joan Wildenhain is by far the best NP I have ever had! She is very attentive, is concerned about my health and is extremely attentive. She honestly cares about her patients and it shows! I am so happy she is my provider. I have recommended her to 3 people who have become her patients and believe me, I will recommend her to many more! Love her!

  • I was seen in a timely fashion. I had an ankle fracture and went to urgent care the day before. The first thing Joan said to me was urgent care gave me the wrong boot for an ankle fracture. The boot they put on me was for a foot fracture. They promptly gave me the boot I should be wearing for an ankle fracture.

  • Everyone I came in contact with treated me kindly and conducted themselves in a very professional manner

  • She was very pleasant. She answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand.

  • Joan was compassionate, listened to me, and thoroughly assured me that if I followed the nedical advice.. that my osteoporosis can be greatly and successfully improved! She gave me hope and confidence.

  • All my appointments withs Dr Lifraks office have been excellent

  • I came in a day late and they were able to fit me in, in a timely fashion which I really appreciated because I live almost an hour away and I was looking forward to my appt. My chart can be a bit confusing. I'm used to getting a call to inform me of next day appt. I got it a week early and it confused me. I don't necessarily need a call but a text or email the day before would be helpful.

  • Staff is always friendly and courteous!!

  • Joan was energetic, attentive, very informative, and easy to talk with. I really have nothing negative to say!

  • Took the time to help me understand the disease. Perhaps could have explained a few things more simply.

  • Joan was very knowledgeable and gave good information to help me get better health results

  • The purpose of this visit was to address my pain issue. Tests were ordered, a visit with another specialist was made, and now we wait for the puzzle to be put together. It would be nice if specialist could be seen sooner, but that doesn't seem to be today's reality.

  • Nurse practitioner was pleasant, very well informed, gave clear instructions, and answered all questions.

  • All doctors should be as timely, courteous and thorough as Dr. wildebhain and Dr. Lifrak.

  • Everything was fine.

  • Joanu00A0very knowledgeable in her field. I am also seeing on first visit that she does not push pills and uses a more natural approach. I absolutely love this. I am not a pill taker. I would recommend her to anyone requiring the medical care she provides.

  • The provider was very informed and caring.

  • Staff was friendly and attentive. Nurse practitioner was informative about my problem. Explained in detail by showing me my results on the computer with a graph. • We are so very happy so far with the service we get from this office. Amazingly sincere and helpful.

  • Very good experience with a good result

  • I like the promptness of the office and their professionalism.

  • Overall I was exceptionally impressed. I even made a comment to my ride that I wish she was a general practitioner, as I thoroughly enjoyed her being my doctor!

  • waited 1/2 hour in the room and ow she is being transferred further away than I like. I may consider seeking someone closer since it's only for a shot every six months. If I can find someone else

  • Everyone goes out of their way to know the patient and be courteous and friendly. I love that there are always students present too. I know the extra effort it takes to teach whileWorking. I have full confidence in the team

  • Very thorough. Explained everything in detail. Understood the problem, and is taking steps to rectify it.

  • The office was kind and courteous and I was seen right at the scheduled time for my appointment.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
