  • I absolutely love SouthCoast providers! Everyone is so professional, nice, polite and kind. I have never had a bad experience at any SouthCoast facility. I don't like going to the doctors and I always wait till my condition has reached the limit and when I go to SouthCoast I say this isn't bad at all why did I wait so long. I wouldn't go to any other than a SouthCoast doctor. They are fantastic.

  • I found the Dr very pleasant and easy to talk to.

  • The office is very polite and helpful and the specialists are very helpful and experienced. The only issue I have is that it is very difficult to reschedule appointments because of availabilty of specialists.

  • I thought it was very informative and I was always kept...advised as to what was going on and taking place until I...It was very, very good counsel. Thank you very much.

  • All staff were courteous, professional and helpful. Dr. Verma took the time to question me as well as answer my questions. I didn't feel the slightest bit rushed. And the staff member who scheduled an in-office procedure for me was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything in detail and answering every question I had. I wish I could remember her name because I'd like to give special credit to her. All in all, very happy with the experience yesterday.

  • Listened carefully to me. He explained in detail what the next steps would be. Wonderful doctor and staff!

  • Dr. Verma is very kind and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He takes the time to listen and answer questions in a manner that is down to earth and easy to understand. His friendly personality made me comfortable and at ease during my visit. I felt good about leaving with a plan for my health goals and getting a book recommendation for further education.

  • As always Dr. Verma was attentive and caring of my need and concerns.

  • Yes, hi, it's [Name] [Redacted]. I do like an appreciate Dr. Verma. His service is great. His patients on the phone is awesome. He treats with the G part and I really appreciate his time and his knowledge and I'm grateful to have him as my doctor. Thank you.

  • I don't feel that in all situations that telehealth is a great Alternative! You need to see some Doctors face to face and get and give pre doctor health check. In this situation, that wasn't needed. Dr Verma was given some prior info by me, and he gave me some onsight on my weight and scheduled some tests that I needed. Very Happy so far with Dr Verma since My Previous Dr [Name] retired Thank you

  • All good with little waiting

  • Prompt, courteous, respectful, caring, comforting, professional, & very pleasant.

  • Dr and staff are always pleasant, helpful and professional.

  • The only problem I had was my phone. [Redacted]. Blocked your call coming from the doctor, because it was labeled as high risk fraud, and it went right to voicemail. So I never got to talk to him. I had to keep calling back and forth, back and forth, and took 3 or 4 tries to finally connect with the doctor. That was the only, the only issue I had.

  • It was difficult to get an appointment, and I had to wait months before I could be seen. However, once I did have my appointment, I found Dr.Verma to be worth the wait. He was knowledgeable, and listened to me and I felt as if I am in competent hands.

  • Receptionist was awesome and caring. Nurse called right away she was so awesome I think [Name] was her name. DR WAS THE MOST WONDERFUL AWSOME UNDERSTANDING PATIENT WITH ME HAVNT MET HIM YET I ALREADY FEEL SO SAFE IN HIS CARE! Dr verma was a blessing. Kindest person.

  • Everything is awesome nothing to improve

  • Dr. Verma is very timely, very interested in his patient, very thorough. Initiates new methods for new medications. If you need them or takes away medications. He is an excellent physician. Thank you.

  • Dr Verma went above and beyond to get me an early appointment

  • The Doctor was patient and personable.

  • Would really like to rate this provider 9.5. Was entirely satisfied and grateful.

  • I was very happy with my appointment, and response from the provider. I however, wasn't sure how I was going to be receiving the Tele Health appointment, maybe in the future you could let the patient know ahead of time whether they will be receiving the phone call or be a link sent to them. Many offices do it different ways. That would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Thank you.

  • Dr. Verma was very helpful. I enjoyed my tel a health with him. I think that he is serving me well, for my condition that I have and I would highly recommend his help for anyone seeking his assistant. I felt that he got to know me personally, and emotionally with things that I needed to talk about, so that he had very good bed side manner, and he was able to drop my medicine to 1 a day which made me happy, for my bone health. I just think he's a really great doctor. He's encouraging me to lose weight, and provided me with materials and books, to read and he's just all around number one.

  • The conversation was on point, the Dr allowed me sufficient time to explain my problem and briefly update him on my medical history.

  • The appointment was on time and he was knowledgeable and caring.

  • Everything was perfect i don't thing need to fix anything

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
