as soon as i met with the doctor he explained everything that was going on and what the next step would be he also wants me to keep in touch with the shot he gave me i will definitley keep in touch and call him if any other issues come up he is very professional and knows his stuff
Everything was great with the care provided. The text alerts about the appointment should be reduced in number. One a week out and one the day before should be sufficient.The online check in and questionnaire was a time saver.

I got the appointment quickly, in fact it was changed to an earlier date via a phone call from the office. The receptionist, medical assistant, and the physician we're all kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out for my appointment in a half an hour.

He discusses your testing and how it relates to your S&S. Offers possible solutions and methods on how to proceed. He reviews these w you the pt, to see how they will fit into your vision for your lifestyle. Greg is 100/10. I cannot say enough about his knowledge, compassion, caring and personalisation of care!!
When I entered the reception room the staff behind the desk looked at me more than once and didn't acknowledge I was there. A simple hi I'll be with you shortly would gave gone a long way. Instead of being ignored like I wasn't there. I felt like I was bothering her.

Greg Goodwin exceeded my expectations for a first visit. I've found that many providers have their standard talking points and are typically under pressure to move on to the next patient. Everyone I've seen with regard to my hip replacement has been excellent. I've never felt rushed, all my questions have been answered, the staff is really friendly. I'm glad to be working with the SC orthopedics group.
