About the Worksite Wellness Alliance (WWA)
The Southcoast Health Worksite Wellness Alliance provides wellbeing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) resources to assist and support area businesses in their efforts to foster their organization’s culture of health and wellbeing.
The WWA offers a platform for a community of thought leadership in employee wellbeing and inclusion.
The WWA provides networking, programs, and resources to help other South Coast organizations cultivate and maintain a healthy, supportive, and thriving culture.
Southcoast Health will collaborate, learn from other businesses, and share best and developing practices.
In early 2018, Southcoast Health was pleased to assume oversight of the Worksite Wellness Collaborative, which was formerly part of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Division of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention. Southcoast Health’s purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing our community and has a recognized and award winning employee wellbeing program. We are thrilled at the opportunity to share our successes, while providing support and guidance in your efforts in improving the wellbeing of your business and employees.
