Promoting Healthy Communities with Mobile Health Services
The Community Wellness Program (CWP) is the next phase in our mobile health services to better serve the needs of our communities. With two electric vehicles, we will improve access to healthcare and health equity across the South Coast Region.
Services & Hours of Operation:
The CWP will continue to provide outreach and education to the underserved and vulnerable populations in our community. Services will also include preventative screenings, vaccinations, and screenings for health related social needs such as access to food and affordable housing, with referrals to appropriate resources.
The standard hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility when requested to provide services during evening hours and on the weekend.
For more information on our services and program hours, please contact the CWP office at 508-973-5287. Every effort will be made to return calls within 24 hours of a message being received during standard business hours. When after hours or on weekends, return calls will be made the following business day.
