  • Improved ROM
  • Enhanced flexibility
  • Easier time with daily activities such as walking and stair climbing
  • Minimize post-op complications
  • Potential for a sooner discharge after surgery

Exercise recommendations

  • Begin your prehabilitation program 10 weeks before your scheduled surgery
  • Do not hold your breath when performing any of the exercise. Counting the repetitions out loud is helpful.
