Southcoast Health partners with Loyal on Transparency and A.I.-driven chatbot solution
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. — Southcoast Health announced today that it will partner with Loyal on both their physician review transparency solution, Empower, as well as their latest AI-driven chatbot solution, Guide.

This partnership will mark Loyal’s first new client since rebranding to Loyal from Transparently at the end of October.

Loyal’s new solution, Guide, utilizes powerful A.I.-driven algorithms through online chat to help patients along every step of their online journey, from choosing a doctor, finding the nearest location, or even applying for a job.
