About Terence McGovern
A graduate of Harvard Medical School in 1994, Dr. McGovern completed an internal medicine residency at Harvard/ Beth Israel-Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and a fellowship in pulmonary/critical care at Brown University in Providence.
Dr. McGovern has been practicing in the Fall River area since 2001. His areas of particular clinical interests include mechanical ventilation, pleural diseases, asthma, sepsis, and general critical care medicine.
He has been Medical Director of Intensive Care at Charlton Memorial Hospital from 2006 through 2013, and now serves as Regional Director for Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine for the Southcoast Health System.
Dr. McGovern is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine.
