I was seen immediately for an appointment with lingering symptoms of 2 weeks. Prescriptions were prescribed and x-rays for quick resolution.
As always, the service was outstanding. They treated me with respect and kindness. And Stacy always make me feel that I'm in good hands. She knows everything about me and my health. She shows her worries about me and my road to recovery. It's like visiting a relative that cares a lot about you. Thank you very much for everything.

My appointment went very well. Although it was scheduled for 9:15, I was called in promptly at 9:00. The front desk staff was kind during check-in, and the medical assistant who took my vitals was professional and courteous. Stacey was extremely thorough and took her time with me. This was my third visit with her, and I continue to be impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness.

The visit was very good
I received a fast appointment. I was examined and sent to Truesdale for x-rays and there I only waited about 5-10 minutes before getting the x-ray. I received the results of the x-ray in my chart online before the end of the afternoon. I always feel that the team at Prospect St cares about me and my health. Thank you.

Stacey is great. But the staff need to be taught to not butcher people's name and instead ask a simple but courteous question: "how do you pronounce your name?"
