About Sophia Rizk MD
Dr. Rizk graduated from Tufts University and received her Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College. She completed her internship, residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine, followed by her fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. She is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr. Rizk belongs to a number of professional societies, including the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology and is a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society, Rhode Island Medical Society and American College of Physicians.
Dr. Rizk loves to share her skills through volunteer work, participating in numerous teaching roles at her alma mater Brown University, and by working on many published studies and papers. She is proficient in Spanish and Greek.

My brother has been under the professional care of Dr ryzk and staff for almost two years. We are met each visit by the most compassionate team we have ever encountered. Not only are we given explanations of upcoming treatments we are encouraged to ask questions and they all take the time to listen to concerns. Rare in today's society. We are extremely grateful for the support of his team as we continue to work together for his future.
