About Shobhita Sundar MD
Dr. Sundar received her medical degree from the University of Madras Stanley Medical School in Madras, India. She then completed a residency at Railway Hospital in Madras. Dr. Sundar completed her postdoctoral training in internal medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, Mass., where she was chief resident.
Dr. Sundar is board certified in internal medicine. She is also certified in bone densitometry.

I WAS CALLED IN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME AND, AS USUAL, FELT APPROPRIATELY DEALT WITH BY INFORMED, EFFICIENT STAFF.
Dr. Sundar listens. She understands my health issues and genuinely cares. I look forward to seeing her when I have an appointment because I know I won't feel like I am being judged or spoken down to. She and her staff are friendly and respectful always. I am never uncomfortable in the office.

Appointment was for 4:30, I arrived at 4:10. I was not called in from the waiting room until 4:52.Another patient came in for the same provider and same appointment time 25 minutes after I arrived and was called in first. Unacceptable.

Doctor sundar is the best and cares about her patients allways on top of things
Every one was very curtious ,did there jobs well . Dr. Sundar is very pleasant and thorough . Detail explanations of test results .always sends results and a letter thru mychart the same day as lab work results .she has been my wife and i's dr. For many years .
I waited over an hour and a half for a 3 minute appointment. I have to take at least 2.5 hours off of work each time because they overbook and there are not a lot of other PCPs in the area that are taking new clients.
She called me on a Saturday to follow up and then adjusted my meds appropriately. I might have ended up in the ER without that (still might, but not for lack of care)Great doctor!

I answered a two and I didn't mean to about the nurse being always helpful. They are always very helpful too. So please correct that answer for me. It should have been an always. Anyway, thank you.

Sick visit. Was seen in a timely manner. Was able to get blood work, urinalysis and CT on same day. Placed on antibiotic. Also follow up call by Dr. Sundar to explain results and treatment.

My call was answered with no waiting time. The person listened well & repeated back my issues. I agreed to a televist with Dr later on. Dr called back same day and prescriptions were given. If it were not for this televisit, i would still be very sick with the flu. I had not able to even pick up my head from pillow for 3 days prior. This prompt attention has helped me to a speedy recovery without leaving my home and infecting others.

Because of the weather that day I arrived early and hardly waited at all! While checking out afterward, I forgot to arrange lab appointments but that is no big problem. My wellness visit was rather pleasant, personable, and relaxing. My 20-yr. experience with the same primary caregiver increases my comfort level and that has been important.

I don't know if this is for all providers but I don't feel my physicals are through and almost a waste of time.

I was in the office a total of one hour and 20 minutes and only spent five minutes with the doctor. And then I waited to get a shingle shot and that took another 20 minutes. So all total was there an hour and 20 minutes. I could have improved on that and spent a little bit more time than five minutes.
