  • No improvements required. The NP was new to me, but she sure knew what she was doing.

  • My telehealth visit was with a NP. my appointment went beyond very well. it covered many health concerns I have. I was extremely impressed with the level of care and suggestions addressed by this provider.

  • Today's visit was fine. However I'd like too see the actual doctor sooner than one month and one week after my seizure. And a neurologist. However I was told they have absolutely no openings.

  • First of all I realize that I indicated that I had, I had a tele health or whatever they call it. I had an in person appointment with Sherry. She was delightful. She was pleasant. She paid attention to what I asked her. She was helpful as far as getting me suggestions, and I certainly was very pleased to have had to see her and I guess that's all I have to say.

I very much appreciate the doctors over at Rose Brook in their efforts to take care of my problems, and are able to discuss my treatment plans with me. And we work out how we're going to approach the situations together in agreement that is very special to me.

  • The office visit was fine the scheduling for the blood work over two weeks out is negligent — let's go people are back in every other field the lab needs to staff people and accept walk ins again let's hope I don't have cancer Cause a 2 1/2 week delay and bloodwork seems not great

  • Front Desk staff needs confidentiality lessons. Never read back patient information to confirm! ALWAYS ask patient the information to assure you have the correct response!!!! Never asked about Social Determinants nor RX costs! Took almost a week to get a response from a My Chart message!!

  • The nurse np Sherry, was excellent. She listened to what was bothering meand she said she was going to call me with the results and she did. She said the medication was perfect for the UTI and to drink plenty of water.

  • The only thing i found frustrating is staff was able to see my drs note and it was not coming up on the site just end of visit paperwork. I called office back they advised to call the help center and they were clueless. After i called office back that representative confirmed he could see note also and asked to have it resubmitted which shortly after i was able to retrieve the document.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
