Everything was fine all my questions were answered straightforwardly and knowledgeably. Couldn't have been more pleased with the experience .
The provider was aware of the issue regarding the issue going on with my pacemaker and had already alerted the Boston Scientific rep to come and assess the situation. Sh thoroughly explained next steps and later called me to inform me that I would get a call to confirm the plan. I received the call in 45 minutes . Excellent visit

Sambath is an excellent, informative and personable member of your WORLD-CLASS Cardiac Arythmia clinic. She knew my specific case, my current issues and my prior history. She gave me helpful advice about my current conditions and my upcoming procedure. She has a lovely way of communicating and delivering important information in ways she is certain that I understand. As with all of the team there, from the front desk arrival team to the people you meet on the walk out the door of the hospital, I experience polite, friendly, professional, service focused interactions.Well done, all!
I had an excellent pre op meeting with the provider, who was completely informed via the records on my condition and the upcoming procedure. She was excellent, I felt she really knew my condition and issues. My expectations were exceeded.

Sambeth was great. She knew all my info and always makes me feel comfortable. She took the time to see that all test and info needed were up to date and because I am part of a study group took the time to help save me a trip back to pick up a Holter monitor.

I can't possibly say enough good things about Sammy. Every encounter that I have had with her has been an excellent experience. She is knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, patient, and reassuring. I'm sure that it will come as no surprise to anyone that I can say the exact same things about Brie as well. Over the last six months they have managed to turn what could have been a stressful ordeal into a very positive experience.
