Sally Alexandre is by far the most attentive and most helpful provider. Sally Alexandre always speaks to patients with an understanding of their needs and their concerns regarding their health and she uses vocabulary patients can understand. Sally Alexandre is a huge asset to Southcoast Health.
The provider is amazing, never have any concerns, but the new system where you can't reach anybody at the front desk and you have to go through a call center is beyond frustrating. It doesn't feel personal. It's talking to someone that doesn't know anything about you. And if you're lucky, they might connect you to someone, but that doesn't happen often.

Sally knew all the details of my hospitalization, what needed to be done, what meds were changed, and how to ensure my success by ensuring I had PT ordered.
