Sally Alexandre is by far the most attentive and most helpful provider. Sally Alexandre always speaks to patients with an understanding of their needs and their concerns regarding their health and she uses vocabulary patients can understand. Sally Alexandre is a huge asset to Southcoast Health.

The provider is amazing, never have any concerns, but the new system where you can't reach anybody at the front desk and you have to go through a call center is beyond frustrating. It doesn't feel personal. It's talking to someone that doesn't know anything about you. And if you're lucky, they might connect you to someone, but that doesn't happen often.

Sally takes the time to listen to my concerns and is always quick to recommend and provide the necessary course of action.

Sally knew all the details of my hospitalization, what needed to be done, what meds were changed, and how to ensure my success by ensuring I had PT ordered. She always pays 100% attention to my needs and is a truly empathetic and genuinely caring person. I could not have found a better provider!

I have been a patient of the provider for a while. I feel comfortable with her in discussing all of medical issues. She takes her time with me and she explains clearly and always asks if I have any questions or concerns.

Where many other providers I've seen in the past write off my concerns as things like obesity, Sally will actually set me up with a specialist who can help. I like the convenience of telehealth and prefer it when reasonable. This provider is informative and offers options. I find this to be beneficial to better health.
