  • It would have been nice to be informed of a change in location prior to my appointment. I was never told the practice moved to a different building causing me to be late. Otherwise everything was fine

  • I am very pleased with everything. I cannot complain everything was beautiful. I'll give you a 10. Thank you. Bye, bye.

  • I was always very well attended by secretaries and more by the doctor.

  • It is always a pleasure speaking with, or seeing thepeople in this office.

  • He was wonderful… smart and a great personality!

  • It was wonderful that the doctor encouraged me to take control of of my my issues, and to take control of the problem, my problems or lack of problems, and just call him if I need him, instead of making a probably unnecessary appointment, for a follow up.

  • I felt like i was being rushed. My symptoms were not address. Meds and xray weren't put in and i am still waiting.

  • Dr. Rapoport truly listens to my needs and concerns and acts as a true advocate for me with other providers. There is no other doctor that I have that does what Dr. Rapoport does, as well as the staff and his team, they go above and beyond.

  • Dr. Ronald Rapoport is an outstanding rheumatologist. I've been going to him for many years and he is wonderful. My only problem with the hospital is no place to park. But that is not his fault. That is the fault of...the hospital I guess and the number of people trying to park there. Otherwise, everything was great.

  • Southcoast is phenomenal. All of my doctors are Southcoast providers, this is very important to me as they have access to my chart in totality.Dr. Rappaport is excellent, I'm so pleased that I made the decision to stay with Southcoast rheumatology when my original provider left Dr. Rappaport is kind compassionate and took the time to go through all of my medications asked questions and took the time to actually listen which is so important.I'm thrilled to be his patient.Thank you!

  • Appt. was on time. Covered all my questions aboutmy current medication and it's effectiveness. I wascomfortable with our conversation.

  • Yes, by, by calling me and telling me about the information of the office in the visit was very adequate, and I was very happy with it. Okay. Thank you.

  • First appointment not showing what to expect but doctor put me at ease dialogue with me on what my issues. Understood my concerns and

  • I've only needed to see Dr. Rapoport 2x, my visits being both for mentally struggling and questions of my condition and each time he speaks to me like I'm a long time patient of his. He's sensitive & listens, which is what a i look for in any doctors visit. I'd definitely recommend Dr Rapoport to anyone

  • Staff was nice and helpful. Was seen in a timely manner. Provider really listened to my issues and helped me and is helping to get me back on the right track. Very appreciative.

  • This Televisit was beneficial to me because the doctor truly listened to me and then gave a recommendation that will help with my current problem. I have been to three other physicians and have not gotten any satisfaction. I am so thankful for today's televisit.

  • The doctor was very nice and very comforting. He also listened to what I had to say and explained my condition to me and things that I could do to help improve my condition with my arthritis. The only problem was we wasn't connected, not all my stuff was through South Coast. Is that what you're at? So, we didn't have access to some of my tests from my different company, but other than that, when I spoke with him he listened carefully and he explained everything and I felt very comfortable and I left the office*

  • Was not told that the provider move to another location.

  • Keep up the excellent service.

  • Could have spent more time explaining things to me. It was very quick.

  • Provider was very knowledgeable and didn't rush once through the visit. He explained everything in detail to me and provided his opinion on my condition. Would recommend him 100%.

  • Dr. Rapoport over the years has provided enormous relief, or cured me of debilitating. Gout arthritis, plaque psoriasis. Just to name a few. He has been a modern day Angel and savior to me. And I am so grateful to him, and his staff everything they have done. He is unbelievable as a rheumatologist, and I thank him.

  • I had trouble with the video component. If there are specific settings needed for a FaceTime call, it would be helpful to know in advance of the call.

  • I have been seeing Dr. Rapoport for the last 20 years and he has been a great doctor. And if I had any problem with anything, he was right there to help me and to advise me on what other doctors to call and make an appointment with. Again, Dr. Rapoport is number one with me.

  • Well done!

  • on time polite helpful

  • Technology was not successful in receiving audio. MD has to call me. He contacted me again via computer to do exam which I felt was not successful or even a physical exam worthy of any evaluation. I was not pleased with process at all!

  • Listen and answered all questions with professional advice.

  • Love Dr. Rapoport. He totally gets me and is easy to talk to.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
