About Ronald Rapoport MD
Dr. Rapoport earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and will see patients at 1030 President Avenue in Fall River.
His main areas of focus include the various arthritides such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, lupus, ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis as well as osteoporosis. He was an intern and junior resident at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center. He completed his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in rheumatology at The Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Rapoport is a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology. He is a member the National Osteoporosis Foundation, and the Fall River Medical Society. His past publications have focused on the management of acute pain, and the treatment of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
He is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and of ABIM (subspecialty of rheumatology), and a certified clinical densitometrist.

Dr. Rappoport took his time asking questions, doing a physical exam and answering any questions. He worked with me like we were partners in my treatment. He let me know I could contact him with any further questions or issues. He had a great bedside manner.
This was my first visit with Dr. Rapoport. I was very impressed that team members are friendly, helpful, courteous and efficient. I was very thankful that Dr. Rapoport knew my history took the "time" to explain my prior history of my bone density tests to current diagnoses, and our plan of care. I have hope! Checkin friendly and efficient, doctor's assistant wonderful, and Dr. Rapoport one of the top providers I've ever seen in my life. Knowledgeable, friendly, listened respectfully, knew my history and funny and charming to boot. Luckily, I won't need his services in the future, but he's one of the best.
