  • The tele has got to go I tried and could not get in so I finally called the doctor and he did not sound happy with me because it was supposed to be face to face on the tele . I prefer in person that way the doctor can see whats going on with my problem.Thank you

  • My appointment with Dr. Rapoport was very timely. I accidentally pressed the wrong number. He was very well informed, and I very much appreciated his time, and explanations. Thank you.

  • He was very understanding, caring and listened to what I had to say!

  • Remember my health problems and LISTENED TO THE PATIENT

  • Dr Rap is awesome. The support staff is not. Someone called me last week to remind me of appointment and said it was in person. Thank goodness dr rap called me early but I was still minutes away from his office. While talking to girl who called she could not tell me how to get to the dra new office. She could not tell me if I needed to go for bloodwork and if soWhere. The office girls are very lacking in knowledge. It is very disappointing that the office staff did not remain the Same

  • I was scheduled for bloodwork. When I arrived the paperwork was not forwarded to the lab and the office was incommunicado! The administrative staff completely dropped the ball.

  • Creating a plan, assuaging fears with facts, being definitive while also keeping me involved, but while being sure I am clear about tradeoffs

  • I was very impressed how nice the receptionist and nurse talk about this Doctor. This was my first visit with Dr. Rapoport and he sat down and talk to me, and I appreciate that, it was a very pleasant visit, and a Dr. I wouldn’t mind going back to... thank you.

  • Dr. Rappaport takes the time to listen and explain things perfectly.

  • When everything is perfect, you don't change anything!

  • Listened a little more to what I had to say and not to asume

  • Yes, I've been going to see Dr. Rappaport for probably around 15 18 years and he's kind of my go to doctor. He's very informative. He helps me out whenever I have a problem and that and I would recommend him to anyone. I hope he stays being a doctor for a long time still because he is fantastic. I have all the confidence in him and everything. Thank you.

  • Be more on time

  • Dr. Rapoport, it's very skilled in explaining everything easily to understand. I was hoping it would be a video conference instead. It was just a phone call. He did try 2 or 3 times to get it to work and so did I and I don't know whose fault it was, but it just wasn't working. I blame my phone, but who knows it would have been nicer if it we could have been video and I could show him my knee but he saw the x-rays that I had already had taken. He, you know studied up on my chart and so forth. So and he gave me very good advice. So I'm very happy with the the phone televisit. Thank you.

  • It was better than I thought it would be no problem

  • Excessive wait times. Appointment could have been a phone call instead of a physical appearance in the office.

  • Currently I am very frustrated with the medical condition that I live every day. Doing nothing has been the past results. That finally seem to be ending. I am very pleased with only one visit that I am finally going to get to the source of my condition. I look forward to seeing other doctors that have been recommended. I am truly impressed with the office and Dr. Rappaport.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
