About Robert Fruggiero MD
Dr. Fruggiero completed his medical degree at New York Medical College, and his Family Medicine Residency at Brown University. Previously, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
In his spare time Dr. Fruggiero enjoys playing the piano, singing, reading science fiction and considers himself an amateur astronomer.

Dr Fruggiero is relatively new as a PCP for me. It has been three or four years.prior to that,I had a Southcoast PCP for more than 30 years. While I was initially very anxious about working with a new person, Dr. Fruggiero has been absolutely, without a doubt, TERRIFIC!!!.
Because the doctor was so booked on 2/27/26 but he took time to schedule me in to see him because of my situation. I very grateful for him seeing me on this day.
Very happy with my doctor here & the staff.Also this location, is wonderful inside, with a coffee, snack & food bar!
