  • I saw Becky Hebert the midwife, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind and really helped me through my horrible anxiety. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. I left feeling more knowledgeable about my health.

  • I had Rebecca and she was excellent. She listened to me. She told me. She spent a lot of time with me and actually asked me questions, and I asked her a questions. She's excellent. I hope to I get her again. When I have another appointment. Thank you.

  • Please get different robes instead of the paper ones.

  • Great first visit in this office

  • Rebecca is so genuine and made me feel so comfortable during my visit. I had explained to her about my embarrassment and she turned the whole day around.

  • I was disappointed with reception staff incorrectly scheduling my appt, but provider was very helpful in correcting the error.

  • Rebecca is by far the best midwife I have ever seen. She takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable.

  • The paper gowns could be improved!

  • The medical assistant could have been a bit nicer. This was my first time at the gynecologist, and it was an appointment to change my birth control. I was intimidated and nervous. And the in-take felt rushed and not really personable. But my provider was fantastic.

  • I went for my first obgyn appointment after waiting a month, therefore I am now roughly five or take 8 weeks. They instead made me come in for an absolutely pointless first appointment only to be told I'd have to schedule another appointment next week to actually have an ultrasound and then the next week talk to someone and only then maybe I'd get blood work done.

  • Very nice people

  • The midwife rebecca is an excellent doctor and explains everything the way it should be explained.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
