  • COMPASSION AND ENERGETIC

  • I absolutely love Becky. She is an amazing provider!

  • I absolutely love Becky, and [Name] who I also see regularly. I specifically always ask to see either of them because I've always felt listened to and respected as a person and a patient. I have never felt rushed, nor have any of my concerns been dismissed. I have recommend this office to several friends because I've had such a positive experience over the years

  • Becky it fantastic i tell all my friends and family! She listens takes time and just makes you feel comfortable while there!

  • I liked that the rooms were warm!

  • She was awesome. Calmed my very anxious nerves. Listened to me.

  • Awesome staff very caring and supportive

  • The provider Rebecca, was extremely compassionate. She was very, very kind. She really was listening to me. I felt that, especially since switching to[Name] [Name] office that all of the providers that I've seen so far, which is [Name] [Name] and her, have been just so thorough, so compassionate, much different than my previous provider, specifically with Rebecca. I feel like she was really detailed and explained things very well, and she did take the time to also, just be there and allow you to be yourself and be exactly, you know, express exactly how you felt during that visit, so I really appreciate it. I think she went above and beyond and I wanted to make sure that that was stated, because she really was an excellent provider, and if[Name][Name] is not available, I will 100% be wanting to see her again. Thank you and have a good day.

  • Overall Beckie was amazing and really made me feel comfortable throughout my whole appointment

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
