  • This was my first visit with this physician. Very impressed with the way he took time to explicitly explain my problem.

  • everything was great, keep doing what you do!

  • I was not happy with telephone appt vs in office. I had to take my own blood pressure and temperature, fortunately, I had the equipment to do so. I usually have an EKG at my in office appointment but had to forgo it.

  • Dr Davoudi was wonderful. He took time to explain everything and felt as though we were actually “heard”. I recommend hIghly and am very grateful for that our cardiologist referred him.

  • They were very courteous and they handled the pandemic very well. The way they tell you to sit in the car and you called them and they'll tell you when you can come in and they bring you right into the office to the room, where you'll be examined. It was very efficient, very pleasant, and very pleasant people in the whole office and so is the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you.

  • You don't need any improvements

  • This was a telephone conference visit with the doctor, which really doesn't seem to make much sense in the case of an cardiologist. I think it's absolutely necessary that he see the patient and that he hears the heart himself and take blood pressure and stuff. Maybe anyway as it turns out we're going to have a second visit on Thursday to take care of those other things.

  • Dr listened to my concerns and was very empathetic and reassuring

  • It went very well especially because of the Corona virus we had to do a phone appointment with a recovery stroke patient. It went outstanding considering the situation.

  • Very good explanation.

  • Didn’t have an appointment in the office. It was a brief telephone call to talk about the operation and to tell me to come into the office on Friday.

  • I had a telephone appointment, and Dr. Davoudi ... everything was very efficient. Very timely. All of my questions were answered, and I know he's busy, and he was very ... took his time with me to understand everything, and he was very polite, and knowledgeable and it was excellent visit.

  • My discussion with Dr. Davoudi was very helpful and informative. Thank you.

  • Very caring doctor and we think he's the best there is. I don't know what happened.

  • The actual visit with Dr. Davoudi was excellent. He is a superb and reliable and respectful physician. What was not good was the set up for the remote appointment. I did get a call from the office that it would be a phone appointment which was right, and then I was told that I would be contacted with somebody about how it was set up and I actually reached out to that person and I was told that I would be sent a link. I'm assuming so we could have a visual appointment never was I told when I receive that link or how it would work I deal with a number of physicians. They all have links. They all work differently many of them require need to download an application first. So when I asked your staff both the office staff and*

  • This was during COVID so I didn’t actually see the doctor. I was pleased by the experience.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
