  • Seen on time. Everything went well.

  • The office is fast efficient and listens to my needs. Even helped with tests not done in this office several times.

  • I wanted recommend South Coast Swansea. Swansea practice for making me feel comfortable during covid when I went in for my appointment. Things were so clean as usual but the distance thing The Limited space everything was just perfect.

  • There were 3 forms I was asked to complete that asked about my home life and mental health which I believe I should have the right to refuse completing. The clock exercise was ridiculous. Dr. Shube was great as usual.

I've been going to this provider since I was 20 and I'm turning 60 this year. So I've known them for a very long time and I always appreciated them. That's all I have to say.

  • So with the new telehealth visits and the format of when you're calling and then people call you back and then you call then if you miss the call and to call you back again, or if the doctor called separately it's really convoluted and it stresses me out a lot and and actually a voided calling when I need a treatment for something and try to handle it myself because I know how hard it would be to get the treatment and so have my work day not get completely up interrupted over and over again. So if it could just be a way to streamline that that would be great. It's just it's too complicated.

  • The problem I had was trying to get a hold of my provider. I found out later that my calls were returned to a call center. It did not go directly to her, as with my other physicians which are pulmonary care and cardiac which the call goes directly to them. Very disappointed.

  • I have been a pt. for 27 yrs now and from day one the care from Dr. Shube has always been excellent for me as well as for my family. not only is Dr.Shube excellent the office personnel is also great , making a appt. always timely and once you, arrive never a long wait, this has been the the way from the start, love south coast !!!

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
