  • Stay the same.

  • Appointment was pretty much on time. Medical Assistant introduced herself, explained what she was doing and was friendly. Dr Shube discussed medications with me, and ways to help lower my blood pressure and anxiety. She added a medication to help lower blood pressure and to follow up with my primary doctor.

  • I assumed most of the previous questions about "provider" referred to the doctor I saw today. Dr Shube is excellent. She has been my primary for years and I don't have a single complaint. As for for the office in general, I don't have any complaints about the staff. They are all very nice, friendly, and professional. The nurse I had today, and the women in the lab were all excellent. Thank you for your service today.

  • It seems like nobody wanted to listen to what was going on with me and It is just seem like they just wanted to blow you off, I guess, I don't know. 10 things that was wrong with me. I wanted to check-in, make appointments for. She didn't want to hear it. So,*

  • Yes, you need to have more help at the front desk and have people in office then calling and not be able to get through and young people not doing their job. Since covid t's been horrible to call and get an appointment to get your meds filled.

  • Unable to schedule a physical with my doctor for this year. Needed to schedule with a different doctor to get an appointment for a physical this year. I should have been advised to schedule the physical last year.

  • I called to make an appointment due to ringing in my ears. The nurse called me back shortly after and I was able to get in the next day to see a Dr. My doctor was not in this day but they were able to squeeze me in with another Dr. Who was absolutely amazing.

  • This provider Dr. Shube is a wonderful. Had her for many years and she's always been there. She talks clearly, she asked me if I have any questions, which is important for patient. She takes her time, she explains things, she listens, she has always been on top of everything. I would rate this provider a 9 in every way. She's a wonderful doctor. The facilities clean, staff is very, very polite. They're always upbeat and ask if there's anything they can do. The building is clean and safe to be in. And mostly importantly, they talked in a manner where elderly people can understand the words and if you ask them something, they will answer you. I'll find out the answer that you need. So I would rate this provider in your staff a 9.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
