  • Dr delguercio is awesome and really cares about his patients well being and long term well being. He doesnt just throw medicine at u, he looks at different solutions to assist u instead.

  • Like your new digs!!

  • nothing at this time

  • The check in area is very vague and somewhat confusing

  • The DelGuercios are wonderful

  • A great experience!!!

  • Been going to Dr. Delgercio for years and like him very much. Have suggested him to others looking for medical care.

  • all went well

  • Dr. DelGuercio is wonderful!

  • [Name] always looks professional + greets me at the desk in a very friendly manner + that is important! I was seen in about 2 minutes; the PCP Dr. Delguercio answered all my questions well-he also was friendly, professional + most knowledgeable!

  • Excellent staff and Dr DelGuercio is very attentive and informative. Very pleased!!!!!

  • The Dr. Listened and I didn't feel rushed.

  • I remember the visit well. I was seen quickly; the front desk was woman-manned by [Name] who is always pleasant, the MA who took my BP was nice, and the doctor was professional and friendly too. He gave me excellent advice and the bug-bite-area healed without complications.

  • The services are excellent. I am always pleased when I have to visit for medical reasons or just for information.[Name]

  • he did a really good job

  • The only improvement I think could be addressed would be the amount of time waiting in the exam room before being seen by the doctor.

  • Doctor listened well.

  • Im retired and live on social security. I got ill and had to see my Dr..At the receptionist window I was asked for my copay. I informed her I get my check on the 1st. She loudly stated it must be paid at the time of the visit and to be prepared at my next visit. People behind me heard her,,i felt embarrassed. I could not help my situation. Ill try to get ill only on the 1st, or hang tough until the day when I may have extra cash for a copay. Sorry. I would like to add that Dr.Delgurcio was excellent and provided me great care.

  • The doctors were all behind, and there were like 10 patients waiting in a very small crowded waiting room. There were patients coughing badly in this small room and spreading and exposing germs to other patients. This was creating an unsafe environment to all patients. The wait time was too long.

  • nO IMPROVEMENT NECESSARY

  • I've been a patient of Dr. DelGuercio now for over 25+ years. The Doctor, [Name] NP and his whole staff is so friendly and efficient. I recommend Dr. DelGuercio whenever someone asks if I know a good physician.

  • Everything is fine as it is.

  • I was impressed by how well the doctor, who I just met, knew about my background. But, I have to say that the waiting room is not very nice.

  • Knowledgeable and friendly staff

  • The staff are always very helpful but sometimes seem too busy.

  • Reduce the wait time

  • It was my first appointment with Dr. Paul Delguercio and it was a positive experience. He listened well, took time to hear my concerns and questions and provided satisfactory answers.

  • Everyone is friendly and helpful

  • Everything was great.

  • Attentive and friendly and pay attention to concerns

  • I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen.

  • Always satisfied with my visits

  • My appointment was scheduled for 3:30. I was not seen until 4:30. This happens with Dr. DelGuercio on a regular basis.I do not like it at all. My time is just as valuable as his time. A one hour wait is unreasonable to me.Also, one patient cancelled an appointment, the wait for me to be seen could have been even longer if that patient had shown up.That's why I prefer to see [Name] She is always on time. Also, the persons on the front desk need to take proper messages. It took me 5 phone calls to try and replace one of my medications that was discontinued. My drug store, CVS also sent 2 messages about the same issue.People at the front desk need to do a better job. Also, I can do without [Name] attitude. [Name]

  • After being put in the room by the staff member I sat there 45 minutes waiting to be seen. Nobody checked in on me and told me about any sort of delay. I finally came out and asked why I hadn't been seen, the staff member told me it would be another 20 minutes. That means the delay was going to be over an hour long and nobody said a word. I left

  • I have gone to this doctor for many years and he has always listened to my concerns. He caught a cancer because he caught a casual statement of mine and sent me for the first of many tests that led to my successful recovery. I would hope though, that the system would advance enough to show my test results on My Chart. I have a Blue Chip insurance and the tests do not show up on it.

  • I was very satisfied with my visit. The Doctor is very friendly & explained my illness And what needsd to to be done, I Have n appointment with my surgeon next week.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
