About Nicole Arnold NP
Nicole Arnold, NP, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI where she also completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and received a Master of Science degree. She is an AACN Certified Nurse Practitioner and holds a certificate in Basic Life Support.
Her clinical interests include all aspects of family practice, women’s health and working with children.
Nicole enjoys spending time on the beach and walking her dogs with her husband and three children. She can be found enjoying the outdoors, riding bikes, swimming, and watching her children in their sporting events. Nicole and her husband completed the Newport half marathon and a Tough Mudder, a rigorous physical endurance event.

There is nothing wrong with the providers. The problem is the health insurance companies! You guys are a complete MESS. Look at yourself. The system is completely BROKEN. I don't know how to fix it, but you are where it needs to start.
Provider is approachable and explains things in a clear manner. I feel very comfortable with this provider, which I strongly value. She takes the time to listen and respond to various issues and provides clear plans.

The dr was very helpful explaining everything to do and gave me medicine to take and to call if I need anything monday or so. She was a great dr.

Nicole was excellent. Professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and recommended options going forward. I had blood work right away in the lab on site. I was referred for X-rays and went directly to the hospital to get them. Also the office staff was excellent. Reception and check out. Every staff member was polite, helpful and professional.
I was able to get an appointment next day with my doctor and was very pleased by all of the staff and nurses. My doctor went over everything with me and listened to my concerns. I left with a plan I was happy with and had a great overall experience.

The reason I gave you guys a 10. I don't have anything negative to say. I think you guys run like every normal medical operation. I would say you're probably better than most ,but the reason you're so great is because you have people like Nicole Arnold who are the best I've ever been with and had care for my health. My 65 years of living I have never had such a great PCP.

Professional, courteous and on time
My experience at Southcoast is always excellent. The office does a great job of running efficiently, never leaving you waiting for ages in the lobby, but also never making you feel rushed. The scheduling and nursing staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. Arnold is a wonderful doctor. She is warm, caring, and knowledgeable and I could not ask for a better physician.

Dr Arnold was very attentive to my pain and discomfort. She reviewed my past health history and then gave me an exam. Based on all the information she put a plan in order and that was a huge relief to me.

Because my doctor is so great Nicole Arnold everybody else follows suit right behind her she is amazing and the reason you guys get top scorer on everything is mainly because of her but all the other things that go on in your office following suit so I'm good and happy and I would pass that on that's the best around
