About Nicole Arnold

Nicole Arnold, NP, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI where she also completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program and received a Master of Science degree. She is an AACN Certified Nurse Practitioner and holds a certificate in Basic Life Support.

Her clinical interests include all aspects of family practice, women’s health and working with children.

Nicole enjoys spending time on the beach and walking her dogs with her husband and three children. She can be found enjoying the outdoors, riding bikes, swimming, and watching her children in their sporting events. Nicole and her husband completed the Newport half marathon and a Tough Mudder, a rigorous physical endurance event.

I trust her absolutely, she's a very worthy successor to my previous PCP (now retired). FYI: the upgrades made several ago to this Southcoast facility have made it so much easier to visit: new entrance, new waiting room, & the bright & attractive new exam rooms. Also having an in-house lab is very convenient. I'm lucky to have this group taking care of me.

This office is the best and I am so thankful for Nicole. She is always compassionate, makes me feel like my concerns are heard, and takes what I say seriously. The check in and check out staff are also awesome, always quick to help as thoroughly as needed. The assistants are efficient and I don't think I've ever sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. Lastly the phlebotomy team is awesome, quick, gentle, and caring. These guys are great.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
