  • I didn't have an appointment today, I wasn't feeling well, had blood in my urine. I called at 1:05 and was given an appointment for 2:30 same day.

  • Provider did not physically exam my neck and enlarged lymph nodes. Provider didn't actually look in my ears. Just held the light close by

  • Dr. Assistant, [Name] was very attentive, took lots of time as this was my first visit. Dr. Henin seems to be a perfect fit for me, I was very comfortable in her presence and understanding.

  • She listened to what I said and explained everything to where I could understand completely what was said

  • Very happy with today appointment. She listened understanding my needs. She gave me time to talk and listened thank you

  • As always I was treated with courteousness and kindness. As far as I am concerned I don't think you can do any better than performing as you already do.

  • Suggest blood work prior to yearly medicare appointment

  • Listening and caring

  • Very happy with appointment this time. South coast as a whole has gone down hill. The facilities are top of the line, however, not enough staff. We find it hard getting appointments with primary and end up seeing nurse practitioners. Not necessarily unhappy with their care but our primaries should be available. My wife had an appointment with her urologist canceled four times. Made an appointment with her primary and was seen by np.

  • Good visit with little waiting time. Staff and health care providers were friendly and efficient. Thank you, South Coast.

  • Dr Henin and [Name] were amazing. I felt very comfortable. Thank you, wish I had switched to Southcoast years ago.

  • The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although Dr. Henin is not my PCP, I felt she was an excellent provider.

  • Dr Hanin is kind, personable and she really cares for her patients.

  • Dr Henin is great. When checking out I was not impressed. Disagreement taking place among 5 clerical staff regarding changes. Person checking me out just sat there and did not proceed with my check out. When I asked if there was a problem regarding my checkout she said no she was busy listening to discussion. She was rude and unprofessional

  • Dr. Henin's a very nice doctor. We had a good discussion about my medical situation. She listened very attentively and she gave me good advice. I'll be happy to see her again. Thank you, goodbye.

  • This doctor was awesome...she was very thorough

  • The doctor and the staff are such caring people and always ready to help you in any way

  • All staff and medical personnel interacted with me in a professional and confident manner. I trust my PCP & her team .

  • I had been having some issues for the last couple of days. I called to make an appointment with my Dr. who had the day off, this was not a problem at all as I was given an appointment that afternoon with someone else.

  • Nothing…. It was perfect todayu00A0

  • Dr Henin is very caring and professional and is working very hard to help me feel better

  • Doctor Henin was very clear and interested in my health.

  • The appointment was for an annual physical. The physician conducted the physical without me taking off any clothes or shoes. She did not look in my mouth or nose. Many comments noted on my chart by the physician would have required a more indepth examination than was performed. I will be looking for another physician that can conduct a proper examination.

  • They were caring and compassionate

  • Scheduling on time.

  • All staff were friendly, got in quick.Well organized. Doctor very nice.

  • My primary care physician seems out of touch. I felt judged, and not really cared for

  • Everything's fine with me. My health is fine. The doctors help the doctor's care for me was good. Thank you.

  • Always great

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
