  • Everything was fine. It should have been a 10 that I pressed.

  • Staff was friendly and polite

  • I am so grateful to have Dr Brillantes and his staff taking care of me. My health issues can be overwhelming. Whether it is simple or complicated, they always make time for questions, appointments, referrals and continued follow up.

  • I'm satisfied with the services.

  • Appointment was on time, nurse very kind and obliging, Doctor was very interested in my health.

  • Can't get any better than Dr B and his nurse. They are the best and would recommend to everyone.

  • The office staff is great...[Name] is fantastic at getting answers and Dr Brillantes is very attentive and is kind and listens to my questions

  • I'm very happy with Dr. Brillantes. I was very upset because someone didn't get back to me about an appointment I was trying to make earlier, because I wasn't feeling well, and I explained this to him today when I was there. Otherwise, I'm happy with the treatment I get at the office, but no one called me back when I try to make an appointment, and that was very frustrating especially when I do feel well. I supposed to press something I do remember.

  • During this difficult time everyone was very curtious and patient. All my questions about my care answered in a way I could understand

  • Number on is being on time. Lots of places stress for the patient to be on time but they fail to be on time for the patient. Additionally, he listens well and is very well informed.

  • [Name] and Dr Brillantes are ALWAYS amazing. They always make me feel very comfortable and answer all of my questions thoroughly and completely. Love them!

  • Yes, very good, he does a wonderful job. I've been waiting for a long time and basically everybody in there does a great job. Thank you so much.

  • I love my Dr he listens to my needs on anything and everything and all worker are cordial

  • Always EXCELLENT

  • It would be good if the provider actually knew my name instead of just referring to me as "Mister"....and no last name.

  • No complaints

  • Well informed about my health and how to make changes to improve my health. Do not know how to improve. Well done.

  • Well run office staff organized and professional

  • Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I never feel like a patient they always make feel like I'm family.

  • Very punctual. Addressed my concerns.

  • They treat me well

  • For the first time in a long time, I felt that my PCP was actually listening to ALL of my concerns. I'm very happy I made the change to Dr Brillantes, he's the type of physician that listens to his patients concerns, explains what may be going on and what he's going to do to figure it out, or if the need be lets you know what type of specialist he may need to refer you to and what would happen from there.

  • First telehealth conference ever. Age 84 so this is new, will take getting used to. This was a first time Provider, who was very helpful. What happens when testing is needed?

  • He was very fluent and knowledgeable about my health.

  • Dr Brillantes is exceptional. He listens carefully and empathetically. He remembers everything I have told him even when I haven't seen him for a year. I feel confident with his expertise and he is professional and personable. I couldn't wish for better care!

  • It helps that Dr. Brillantes and his staff have know me for quite some time....they care about me...

  • Hi, there was no reason to make me wait when I first was sent to the office to to get registered. They basically just ignored me for the for several minutes, and also people should wash their hands before they put on gloves and not walk around throughout the whole office the whole time with gloves on because that means they are not washing their hands. Thank you.

  • Did a great job, very personable

  • There's no way I can talk to improve them they approve themselves every time they make a phone call. Thank you.

  • I was originally scheduled for my annual physical one year ago and was called one week ago and told that I could not have an in person visit that it had to be virtually. I do not like virtual. I do not feel that a virtual visit is comprehensive enough. When I asked when the next in person physical would be I was told May 2021. I kept the virtual reluctantly as I had some issues that I did not feel could wait til May.

  • I have no complaints everything is working for me!

  • Both the medical assistant and the doctor were very professional and caring. They are also very prompt.

  • Need to be able to see a doctor in person.

  • I'm a COVID positive pt quarantined at home. I felt that I did not get a good response from my provider or the office when I called back after a few days seeking help. So, I ended up going to the ER for help. If my pcp had been more educated with what the ER providers are seeing in the Er with Covid pts, I would not of had to go to the ER. There really should be a way for them to share information with each other.

  • Everyone was very professional very good appointment

  • I just I like the questions that were asked and I approve that. Thank you.

  • was very good

  • Keep it the same.Thank You

  • No complaints

  • My Doctor was great and answered all my questions. However, the wait to be seen took to long

  • Never received closing phone call to arrange next appointments.Prior to this appointment, a request from the physician's office to change lab appointment for bloodwork that had been scheduled a year in advance resulted in a need to reschedule physical as well, which required multiple phone calls. Scheduling process was inconvenient, especially since the rescheduling was due to issues at the office and was not initiated by me.

  • Telehealth is no substitute for in person visits. The dentist and eye Doctor saw my in person. There is no reason why I had to have a phone visit. I also did not like the notice of the change only a few days in advance. That is poor service.

  • Dr. Brillantes and nurse [Name] both did a great job. Professional and courteous as always.

  • Felt very safe during covid. Possibly a better bedside manner.

  • Everything was perfect except the Video connection. The Dr had to call me back and not use video. Not that the video mattered. Just telling what happened. I am still satisfied with the service

  • Complete professionalism.

  • Dr Brillantes and his staff are always so wonderful. They always take great care of me, thank you!

  • What you did well was very very prompt and very efficient and organized service the beginning and covid precautions were done very well and and conscientiously the nurse and the doctor. We're very interactive and informed me and gave me information that is valuable to my health, you know goals and And that's that's about it. Thank you. Bye.

  • Doctor Brillantes is wonderful and he genuinely cares about me.

  • I love Dr. Brillantes as my primary care doctor. He’s informed, alert and attentive to my health history and goals, and is easy to talk to. I trust him with my health. His assistant [Name] is terrific too. She’s caring and pleasant to talk with. They are a valued team in my opinion.

  • Was a good job due to covid

  • The staff and doctor are outstanding. Impressed with the protocol when entering the office, felt comfortable!

  • Both staff and physicians are always on time, caring, kind and courteous and available to answer questions.

  • always pleased with Dr and staff

  • Doctors should do more telehealth visits, it is very convenient

  • Completed all blood work ordered by different doctors so a second trip would not be needed to

  • Overall I have been very satisfied with this facility. My one concern was I was not told prior to call or given a number to do so.

  • Before the virus, i keep having to wait a long time to see my doctor when I have issues, maybe more available hours or on weekend day. To be able to do sick walk in instead, having to wait that long..

  • Dr brillantes is a very good doctor. I wouldn't want any one else

  • nurse [Name] was great. medically and psychology.

  • Timely visit. Addressed my concerns and schedule appointments for testing and seeing a specialist

  • The visit went very well, everything was explained and handled in a professional manner, I really enjoyed this format!!

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
