The support staff were excellent. Following the visit when I was waiting to check out, I waited for only a very brief time (both support people at checkout were engage with other patients) before the person who admitted me, opened the door and said she would assist me. She scheduled all my appts.
Not so quick it seems they were rushing us out

Everything at Southcoast is very good. The downside is that before this visit I was seen by someone at Brown University urgent care. The urgent care that Southcoast used to have on Aquidneck Island is closed, and that's a real shame ?

First of all, the woman at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are true pros and they take very good care of you and get you signed in. Same for check out. The med student and Dr for my visit today were very polite and professional. Keep up the great work.

Very prompt service. Efficient employees. I'm going to miss Dr. Boyle as I and my late mom have been patients of hers for years. The facility is very clean and close to all Aquidneck Islanders. I liked the reminders I get for the appointment. I like the fact that there is a lab for them to take blood and I was serviced immediately.
Dr. Boyle is such a wonderful doctor! It's rare to find a doctor that you trust whole heartedly, and that's our feeling about Dr. Boyle.

I was there for my annual physical. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Upon discharge [Name] made the appointment for my next annual physical and my annual mammogram he was very helpful and efficient.

Nurse mentioned getting vaccines (flu, etc.) but I left the appointment and never received any. The previous year I got both the flu and COVID. Guess I'm to get them on my own? That wasn't made clear.
No improvement needed. Dr. Boyle always takes the time to listen and address any medical problems with either a referral when warranted or a solution.
Support staff are excellent, professional but friendly. Dr Boyle is the best. I can talk to her about any health issue, she listens and offer support that matches my needs.

Dr. Boyle examined my poison ivey and prescribed Prednisone which took care of the painful itching and sores and I am so thankful for her care.

Dr. Michelle Boyle is an amazing doctor. She is absolutely exceptional. She is so detail-oriented and personally invested in my health and well-being. I'm surprised often by how compassionate she is and how smart she is. She's a very good doctor. Whatever you do, hold on to her. She's a good one. The staff there is lovely. South Coast Medical on Aquinnick Avenue in Middletown, it's amazing. They do a great job.

The Doctor was wonderful. The administrative help at check in and check out. All wonderful. The tech/assistant left a lot to be desired. She left an impression that she couldn't have cared less and could not be bothered. It's very unfortunate. Perhaps some vetting and training for assistants is necessary . Or perhaps some refresher courses. It's very disheartening
I love this facility!! Everyone is friendly and polite and positive. You're seen very quickly, and if the doctor is not available, their nurse practitioners are fully competent, knowledgeable, and thorough. ??
