  • Everyone was kind, courteous and friendly. They listened to my concerns, went there for one reason, my doctor notice I was behind on a few tests, ordered them on the spot.Wouldn't change a thing.Very happy. Caring people,

  • I had a major problem a year or so not with the doctor but help in office losing a specimen I had dropped off etc. Since that time I have nothing to say against the office girls out front, the people you see when you first are brought in and the doctor has been very professional and friendly. I hope she stays there for as long as I am around.

Right now if I go to a lifespan provider, my doctor has to go searching for those reports and results. It should be seamless so nothing is missed in my history.

  • Okay, I'm supposed to tell you, I don't know I was disappointed in the fact that she didn't offer a lot of information that's beyond what what I was expecting. I'm used to a doctor that tells you exactly you know what's involved and so forth then and she doesn't have much to say.

  • I may have pressed the wrong key, on the first question, because Dr. Boyle called me at precisely the time that the meeting, the tell Health meeting was supposed to start. I can't tell you how happy I am that Dr. Boyle started this process on my current medical issue with 0, warning. She, she, I sent a message at night and at 8:30 in the morning, I got a phone call saying come in and and will treat you. So, I'm very appreciative of the excellent care that Dr. Boyle takes of me. Thanks.

  • Appointment went as scheduled, PCP gave me the number to call to arrange for my lab appointment. Follow up call received to book for in person PE in Sept and caller offered to schedule my lab appointment -I thanked her but declined as I can make it myself, however the offer was gracious.

  • It appears that Dr. Boyle is leading the patient care alone now that the other physician in the office, Dr.Reagan retired. It is a very difficult time for physicians, and to have the workload doubled, I can imagine would be a burden. Can Southcoast discuss with Dr. Boyle whether she requires additional support with another temporary physician? She is such a kind and responsible physician; she may not reach out herself for assistance.

  • I felt very uncared for at SouthCoast Health, as if I wasn't a valued patient.I wish I felt differently going into this office, but I just don't feel like Dr. Boyle truly cares for my well being or cares about what I really need.

  • First the instructions given to load the telehealth app are very vague. I was not able to find the app so I called tech support and they told me to use doximity! I load that app and find it is for the medical field only! After some searching and searching found the correct app loaded it. The instructions tells me to echeck within 3 days of appt. Where do I findwhere that is? Can you add that you use begin visit button to echeck in? Not all of us are computer gurus, more precise instruction would help ease the process of this.

  • DR. BOYLE IS A VERY GOOD LISTENER. SHE KNOWS ME WELL AND IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WITH ME. SHE HAD MY RECORDS IN FRONT OF HER AND NOT HER FAULT SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY LAST BLOOD WORK AS I DIDN'T GO THROUGH SOUTHCOAST, BUT SHE DID HAVE IT IN THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS, BUT SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT AS SOON AS THE PROBLE WAS FIXED WITH THE COMPUTER. SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HER IN JULY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. BOYLE.

  • Provider seemed frazzled. Annual physical was short and sweet in and out in few minutes. No lab work ordered very disappointed.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
