At Southcoast Health, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care along with an exceptional patient experience. We appreciate all of your feedback and share your comments to recognize the wonderful care our teams provide to you as well as identify areas for improvement.

  • I am perfectly satisfied with my experience.

  • Okay, I'm supposed to tell you, I don't know I was disappointed in the fact that she didn't offer a lot of information that's beyond what what I was expecting. I'm used to a doctor that tells you exactly you know what's involved and so forth then and she doesn't have much to say.

  • I may have pressed the wrong key, on the first question, because Dr. Boyle called me at precisely the time that the meeting, the tell Health meeting was supposed to start. I can't tell you how happy I am that Dr. Boyle started this process on my current medical issue with 0, warning. She, she, I sent a message at night and at 8:30 in the morning, I got a phone call saying come in and and will treat you. So, I'm very appreciative of the excellent care that Dr. Boyle takes of me. Thanks.

  • Always a great experience. Dr Boyle is great as always.

  • You did nothing wrong. I was treated as any good doctor would treat their patient. I don't understand why you asked me why you did something wrong. There was nothing wrong done! Dr. Boyle is wonderful and so is her staff.

  • Dr Boyle is always on target with my health needs. Her staff is kind friendly Her office is clean

  • I have been with Dr Boyle for over 20 years, she is an excellent health provider

  • R quicker than previously

  • Appointment went as scheduled, PCP gave me the number to call to arrange for my lab appointment. Follow up call received to book for in person PE in Sept and caller offered to schedule my lab appointment -I thanked her but declined as I can make it myself, however the offer was gracious.

  • I am quite satisfied. Can't think of anything I would want changed.

  • Very professional staff. Dr Boyle is the best. And [Name] in the office staff us wonderful

  • An earlier in-person appointment would have been preferable. However, I understand the limitations necessitated by COVID.

  • Dr Boyle is an amazing doctor! It's evident she cares about all of her patients!! So glad I have her for my doctor.u00A0

  • Dr.Boyle answered all my questions and had suggestions on how to improve my situation.

  • Everyone was kind, gentle and attentive. I did not wait. Procedures ere well defined and I was well prepared. The handout on financial insecurity was a terrific addition to the usual intake info. All in all, Dr. BOYLE AND HER TEAM AND DOING A GREAT JOB.

  • The team was very professional and helpful.

  • Doc Boyle is intelligent and experienced. Importantly, she listens and is kind.

  • Very user friendly. Keep up the good work.

  • Safe environment during Covid. Friendly staff

  • It appears that Dr. Boyle is leading the patient care alone now that the other physician in the office, Dr.Reagan retired. It is a very difficult time for physicians, and to have the workload doubled, I can imagine would be a burden. Can Southcoast discuss with Dr. Boyle whether she requires additional support with another temporary physician? She is such a kind and responsible physician; she may not reach out herself for assistance.

  • Dr.Boyle is outstanding she always listens to your concerns and makes positive informed decisions regarding the next step regarding my children's health. I couldn't be happier with the care.

  • This was a wellness appointment.

  • I can't think of anything to change

  • I felt very uncared for at SouthCoast Health, as if I wasn't a valued patient.I wish I felt differently going into this office, but I just don't feel like Dr. Boyle truly cares for my well being or cares about what I really need.

  • First the instructions given to load the telehealth app are very vague. I was not able to find the app so I called tech support and they told me to use doximity! I load that app and find it is for the medical field only! After some searching and searching found the correct app loaded it. The instructions tells me to echeck within 3 days of appt. Where do I findwhere that is? Can you add that you use begin visit button to echeck in? Not all of us are computer gurus, more precise instruction would help ease the process of this.

  • DR. BOYLE IS A VERY GOOD LISTENER. SHE KNOWS ME WELL AND IS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WITH ME. SHE HAD MY RECORDS IN FRONT OF HER AND NOT HER FAULT SHE DIDN'T HAVE MY LAST BLOOD WORK AS I DIDN'T GO THROUGH SOUTHCOAST, BUT SHE DID HAVE IT IN THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE HAVING COMPUTER PROBLEMS, BUT SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IT AS SOON AS THE PROBLE WAS FIXED WITH THE COMPUTER. SHE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE HER IN JULY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. BOYLE.

  • Provider seemed frazzled. Annual physical was short and sweet in and out in few minutes. No lab work ordered very disappointed.

  • I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WHEN I SEE MY DR. SHE LISTENS TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY AND ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE. WHEN I LEAVE THE OFFICE I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED.

  • Dr. Boyle was awesome, as always. Unfortunately, it seems as if her entire support staff has been taken away. I waited on hold almost 45 minutes to make an appointment, learning that although I had reached a familiar voice from Dr. Boyle's staff, he had actually answered from a "call center". Dr. Boyle's advice and assistance was terrific, but I am very concerned for her stressful and overtaxed situation. I do hope Southcoast understands that my loyalty is to Dr. Boyle... not Southcoast. If she leaves Southcoast, I will leave Southcoast.

  • I had a call with Dr. Boyle whom I adore. She is always kind, informative, compassionate and right on with diagnosis and plan. I have moved to [Name] from [Name] and hate to give up her care so I've stayed - I'm hoping I can continue to do this.

  • I was very pleased with the timeliness of the response from the staff and their helpfulness. Dr. Boyle is a very good listener and answered all my questions.

  • Easy visit. No problems.

  • She listens to me and gives me suggestions. Knows my history.

  • I made a mistake. My provider Dr Boyle is a 10 not a 6

  • Yikes, I just accidentally erased my lengthy answer.First of all, I wouldn't presume to recommend a health care provider to someone not in my family, so that's why I gave you 8 on that measure, but a 10 on the service you deliver to me.Second, you better make sure these hard working, front line people FEEL APPRECIATED for what they are doing, which is heroic. It is imperative that these people are able to feel good about what they do, to feel acknowledged and recognized for their daily sacrifices. MAKE SURE YOU REWARD your employees on a regular basis, and that you give them EVERY TOOL they need to make their job easier.

  • Under the circumstances we are currently living in, I feel Dr and assistant handled my visit very well

  • No comment needed I'm satisfied with the care and availability of it.

  • Was a little bit of a run aroynd in the beginning due to COVID concerns, but once that was resolved, was able to get my daughter seen quickly and healthcare issue addressed. All things considered, Dr Boyle does a wonderful job taking care of my children's health.

  • Appt provided all information I needed and more

  • It has been , hands down the best experience I have had at a medical facility to date

  • Very pleasant staff!

  • Finally got in-office visit even with COVID situation. THANKS!!

  • Always on-time, kind, caring, listens, helps me with paperwork and forms needed for insurance. The staff keeps me informed through MyChart of any information that I need. I feel safe in her office with all Covid safety precautions followed for myself and her staff. Their care is outstanding, much appreciated through these most difficult times of Covid.

  • The service is always good however the principal difficulty is in making an appointment when the office does not return calls. I understand the current difficulties but a call reminder on the console is a simple alarm to establish.

  • Everyone is professional and kind! A friendly atmosphere. Calls are answered promptly . I was lucky that Dr Boyle was recommended to me.

  • Understand during pandemic visits are different. I have only had remote visits this year with my doctor but I still had in person for dermatology, colonoscopy, dentist, mammogram, and haircuts. It has been necessary for me to use ER, Express Care, and Minute Clinic for emergencies. I am happy with my providers but concerned about direction organization is going in.

  • Dr Boyle and staff are great

  • Punctual. Ok for this type of concern. I still think it's better for the doctor to put her hands on you.

  • Their Covid precautions were very good. I appreciate that they gave me gloves to wear.

  • Everything was fine

  • Video would not have been my first choice for the yearly exam, but given our current climate with the virus, it went extremely well. I felt very good about how the staff and Dr. Boyle treated me and my concerns/questions.

  • The visit was actually very good and very productive, but it's unfortunate that you have so few providers, so that Healthcare can only be administered on a very time definite basis long time apart. There's no flexibility left, and it's very difficult to actually see a health care provider, even if it's online. So I think that you need to find a way possible to get more providers so that the patient can have better and more frequent access to those providers for home. They are paying. Thank you.

  • The wait time was short and the provider was pleasant.

  • It's a wonderful facility and Dr. Boyle's the best doctor I've ever had in my life.

  • Everybody was super nice. I was able to get an appointment. I had all of my prescriptions filled that I needed and I had all of the specialist appointments that I needed to have set up. I had all the set up super super helpful. So that was all great. Dr. Boyle was the only one on staff at the at the time and was running behind in part because of me I get that but she definitely seems like she needed more help and at least another medical doctor on staff at the surgery at the facility at the time. So that would be my only suggestion for improvement. Is that even with covid to have more than one medical care provider as a medical doctor on staff*

  • Telehealth was good. Dr Boyle was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful.

  • My appointment was a bit complicated because I'm in [Name] and a five hour time difference. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and my appt. with Dr. Boyle went beautifully. I especially appreciate the My Chart website, we were able to communicate easily and I was able to see results quickly.

  • Dr. Boyle has been my primary physician for I don't know 20 years something like that forever and ever she knows me through and through. Knows the questions to ask you knows if my responses aren't what she expects. She knows me and I know her she is terrific.

  • I was treated very well during my appointment yesterday. Everybody was very kind. The office is clean. The person gave me the immunization was really good, really interesting and medical assisting who seated me was great. And Dr. Boyle is very, very good. It was a good appointment is very time efficiently and I felt very safe. Thank you.

  • I'm a nurse. I chose my Dr carefully. She's never disappointed me.

  • Dr Boyle was wonderful an always listen an helped.I have moved to Fl wish I could take her with me as my Dr

  • Listen well

  • You always do everything well

  • I was....South Coast Physicians Group is a positive experience. I've been seeing Michelle, hold on. Yep. Hello? Meanwhile back at the ranch, I get the feeling that cared for under South Coast and it's a very positive way. I can't say anything bad about these guys. They're all great. Thank you.

  • Dr. Boyle is great

  • Dr. Boyle clearly communicated the answers to all my questions and addressed all my concerns throughly.

  • Dr. Boyle and her staff are really trying their best during this time and it truly shows. Every time I speak with [Name], she is so helpful and kind. She explains things and makes sure you know what to do for your appointment while following covid19 guidelines. Dr. Boyle is, as always, a joy to talk to.

  • This was my first meeting with this physician, who I hope will become my primary care doctor. This was not the same as an in-person visit to get acquainted with this doctor, but I understand that in these times of the pandemic, this was scheduled to at least help me have a virtual introduction. The doctor mentioned that bloodwork was needed to update my record, and that she would contact Newport Hospital. I am unclear if I am supposed to reach out to them, or if they will contact me.

  • New patient so the doctor didn’t know much about my past medical history. Was unable to give them my previous record

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
