Melissa was great about assessing what I needed checked out and getting me tested for further evaluation. [Name] in the auditory testing area was phenomenal as well and really helped my anxiety. If I had known how easy the whole process would be I would've made an appointment years ago.

I think that the office does very well with making sure that you get reminders for your appointment, checking you in and getting you into your room extremely quickly, and making sure to get it provided to you as fast as possible. I've been there on a day when it's been, you know, busy and chaotic, and even then it's still exceptional providing. I think that they do a very good job, they explain well, and I think that it is definitely somewhere that I would recommend to family and friends. Thank you guys for everything that you've done for my son and for me.

I had a concern about wax that might be effecting my hearing. Melissa examined my ears and removed the wax. She was able to assure me that my ears were wax free. We discussed my next step in treatment. I am very happy with the staff and clinicians I have been treated by in this office.

I called up asking for an appointment because I had a blocked ear due to earwax and they were awesome. They got me in two days later into an appointment and the doctor or the nurse practitioner, I don't remember which one it was, removed the earwax beautifully out of my ears and restored my hearing and I am so happy and I left that office thrilled. I can hear so good right now. I'm very happy. Always at this office. Excellent, excellent care and my hearing is excellent. I'm so happy. Thank you very much, South Coast. Bye.

This was the first time at this facility and that is why i mentioned not getting an appt when wanted. Being a new patient, it took some time to get an appointment. That would be the only negative thing i would say. The staff and personel at this facility were very professional, very pleasant and i was made to feel very comfortable for my first visit. Dr Carrette was super pleasant and friendly. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Took the time to go over things and I did not feel rushed. Was oversll very pleased and look forward to having her with any issues that come up in the future !!

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
