Didn't have to wait.Dr was aware of my recent health issues. I'm not sure what he knows my history. He was obviously aware the Reason for my appt.He was my first post op.He ordered a brace forme.Explained how it may improve my medical condition. It made sense to me.i think he could have informed me more about the braceBeing a patient with a issue you've never had before It can be difficult on what to ask.I wish he elaborated on the brace. There are many braces that are made for this medical problem. The next day I found out on my own .He said the company would call me the next day.I didn't receive a call.I have experienced lack of expected calls FROM messages I have left in the past. But not related to this Dr.. I never received nor one call from this person. Over a period of 3 months.I called and spoke to a few people and each time I was told she is working on my case right now. She'll call you tomorrow. And she's been told you are priority. That is extremely unacceptable customer service. I asked for her supervisor after giving her 2 months to call me.I was told she didn't have one?. Wow. She was working from that day. That wouldn't stop you from returning a call.DO YOUR JOB,!!NOTE: EVERY PERSON I DEALT WITH in person and on phone was professional and apogetic regarding the fact I wasn't receiving proper care and respect They shouldn't be put in that situation. . I was going to call my surgeon out of last resort. However I was just going to call and I got a call from a very very nice young lady and she was calling me with every thing I needed to know. She was very caring and sweet and professional. She also was apologetic regarding the lack of proper care I was going through. I thanked her.She made my day.I don't want to imagine how many patience Nicole do didn't get back to.I hope someone is aware of her not doing her job properly. It really is a disgrace to experience the lack of people who in clearly just don't care. Not to mention my excruciating pain o was on for over 4 months due to her lack of skills etc.Absolutely terrible Definitely not a asset to the department she's in.Every thing else went well.I'm happy the rest went smoothly.

I felt belittled by the Doctor, a little arrogant about my situation.
-
[Name], [Name], and Matt were fantastic. Listened to my concerns and started a plan of attack and scheduled follow up
-
Receptionist was friendly. Wait time was about 15-20 mins late, but I realize this is a busy office. Matthew was professional, friendly, told me what he believed was the cause of my pain in May, suggested options if condition returns.
-
I felt I was welcome and I was comfortable to talk about my experiences and concerns with everyone. Everyone is friendly and helpful. All my needs were met. Thank you.
-
Great experience. Provider was informative, already knew about my problem. We discussed treatment and the healing process. Will continue to follow up, and heal under his care.

I was seen by a NP, who was very thorough, took his time and made me feel heard. It was the best experience I have had at a doctors office. I felt confident that he cared about my health and wanted to help me get back to my baseline. I am so appreciative I was referred to that office.
-

-
Everything was amazing. For the first time ever having surgery, I was never worried or concerned about the care or procedure.
-
I was very pleased with your service. The problem was it took forever to get an appointment. I had a problem with bursitis and it took three weeks for me to get an appointment. I think that's a very long time. And I suffered during those three weeks. Bursitis can be very tough to deal with. So I think your service is terrific. I think you're overloaded and I don't know how to solve that problem. Thank you.
-
Was able to get appointment in timely manner. Waited less than 5 minutes to see provider. Provider was very kind, thorough explanations, listened to my concerns. Super nice, excellent provider.

Provider refused to listen to my limitations and downplayed my injury. He was by far the worst expose ever had .

I was seen in a very timely manner and the PA took time to explain and also provide additional information I asked for.
-
He listened to my concerns and discussed what my options were until my next follow up appointment. He was curtious and compassionate.
-
Awesome always.
-
Though the tele-visit can be convenient I still think that in-person visits are better.
-
all well, continue excelllent.
-
I would have liked to have spent more time speaking to this provider. I felt a little bit rushed, and I thought that maybe the visit should have been longer than it was.
-
It's not just this provider, it's the Southcoast Experience as a whole. The right hand always knows what the left is doing.
-
Easy going and professional.Answered my questions
-
I felt completely overlooked and rushed. He never even made eye contact with me and solely looked at his computer screen. He asked me a few questions and pushed me off onto a pain clinic. I wanted answers and help and got reasons why he wasn't going to help me any further than the initial appointment. He was not willing to do any research in my condition.
-
They listened to me and helped me to get help asap. They are thorough and very knowledgeable about what options are available. I have been helped by this office previously and am very happy with my progress.
Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings. Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.
Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
