  • I'm grateful for his expertise & Kindness !

  • Everyone in this office is always friendly and welcoming, the medical staff listens to my concerns and provide helpful feedback and instructions.

  • Once I need the appointment, I got an immediate follow up from a nurse, asking me more questions that I initially gave. She was following up with me right away to make sure I would be getting the right service from the doctor. I really appreciated that. She did a good job.

  • I have been with Dr. Mark going on 18 years, through very smooth times and through open heart surgery recovery and cancer now. He has always been a tremendous support, fountain of information and guidance. Besides a physician he has been a friend to both myself and my wife.

  • Provider listened intently to my needs

  • My son is 17 so he did the visit with the provider without us. He had a good experience and had no questions during the visit.

  • I called and was given a quick telehealth appointment

  • Tried explaining what I am going through. Since this is all so new to me

  • Telehealth is convenient for minor illnesses. It was quick and easy to schedule.

  • Doctors at this facility excel at building personal relationships with their patients. they are efficient but always take the time to make the patient feel as if health care is a doctor-patient partnership. And they are very knowledgeable. I never hesitate to recommend Swansea Family Practice.

  • Respectful and kind. It means everything

  • Shots are never offered or mentioned such as pneumonia, shingles etc. Never approached about scheduling mammogram, colonoscopy. I am 56 and have been a patient for at least 6 years. I have had serious conditions that were t addressed. Phone calls by other professionals trying to help are not returned.

  • Everything was great. Telehealth is a great concept!

  • My appointment when they called was right on time. I had follow up information i talked to two different nurses, two different times. And then my doctor call me at 4:15. So everything went well, I would do it again. Thank you.

  • Every time I've been with this provider hes not my primary be it for myself or children. Hes not very nice hes really cold an rude. I seriously question coming back here EVERY time I see this dr. Today was no exception I left in tears. I never feel heard I literally feel like I'm wasting his time an that he could honestly care less about my well being. He really shouldn't work with people. Maybe more behind the scene but Not with people. I really am contemplating leaving this office I've been with my primary dr. Over 20 years an the staff have been rude an just don't make you feel like they used too! I used to feel like part of a family there not anymore even my primary dr. He doesn't seem like he's interested in my well being like before. Never goes over my bloodwork with me i gotta Google my results mychart doesn't explain anything.. This is even before covid happened something changed there an not for the better. I really loved coming here everyone used to be so nice an welcoming now I always feel like a bother an trying to get an appointment now is crazy. Whats the point of having a dr. If you can barely get an appointment. I feel bad writing this but I've held it in way too long. An after today's appointment it needs to be said.

  • I did not feel rushed at all! It was nice to feel like I was a priority and staff took their time and engaged in conversation

  • Very kind and courteous, greeted me in friendly manner.

  • Very organized and friendly environment.

  • I have been with Southcoast Health,[Name] for many, many years and they are truly ,to me the best providers in New England.

  • Dr. Ringiewicz is A wonderful position staff is very attentive and the experience is always a good one.

  • Pleasant experience

  • I had a wonderful experience

  • Dr. Ringiewicz is always attentive and caring. I've had him for a long time.

  • Listened

  • No improvements needed. The staff is always friendly and professional, weather it be in office or telehealth. The Dr. is always on time, he moves right along through the appointment without me feeling rushed, and is always professional. I am very happy with the whole office.

  • Had no problems. Everyone was curious and well trained in their profession

  • The doctor seemed to be in a rush on this visit.

  • Please don't change cause everything is great and thank you

  • As a professional who worked in a teaching hospital for most of my career, I enjoyed having the participation of a [Name] University med student participate in my exam. I am proud that I was his first patient. I feel that teaching hospitals/facilities offer the best care.

  • Nothing. I get excellent care and personalized service always. The staff is too-notch and patient care is always a priority. I wouldn't go anywhere else

  • Had a very good experience at South Coast with Dr. Ringiewicz. I would give him a ten.

  • Dr Ringawitz is a horrible doctor. Never gives you a chance to explain anything. All the new doctors are great.

  • Everyone I talked to was very helpful and professional! I'm extremely pleased being my first time.

  • My entire visit was very positive. You're well organized. As I entered the building, and checked in, I only had to wait about 7 minutes into my room. I realize the Dr was seeing a couple people at once, but I never felt like I waited a long time. The Dr answered all my questions appropriately, and just made me so reassured. I think he's one of the top providers I've ever met, and I've worked with a lot of Drs. I really enjoyed my physical exam, and I guess the only issue is I had to wait 2 months to get in to see him, and it had been maybe 3 years since my last exam, because of covid. I would give the whole experience a 10, and I think Dr. Ringiewicz is one of the top people I've ever encountered. He knows exactly what to focus on, and how to present things to make you feel good about yourself.

  • I did not see this doctor.

  • I will be very happy when Dr. Huang comes back from maternity leave.

  • I was able to be seen on same day unfortunately not by my primary physician. Had difficulty scheduling an appointment for an orthopedic specialist for my husband, receptionist was rude and said they had nothing available for 3 weeks and if I want I can call prima care so that is what we did we were able to get an orthopedic appointment within two days.

  • My Mom's visit was great!!

  • I feel very well taken care of by Swansea Family practice group. Everyone is supportive, concerned and so helpful keeping me healthy. I am very appreciative.

  • As usual, my medical appt occurred in a timely manner. I arrived early, was taken to weigh/do vitals in less than 15 minutes, waited for a few minutes after the vitals, and saw Dr Ringiewcz, had a great and enjoyable talk with him about my health and plans for my future retirement, and went happily on my way. I applaud Dr.R for the time and patience he has invested in getting/keeping me well, lo these last 20 or so years, he probably saved my life in the long run. Your organization is sound, and full of talented and dedicated people, so to coin a popular phrase from the trucking industry, "If it ain't broke, don't waste time trying to fix it."Thank you all for all you do,Southcoast andall your personnel,I think you're the best around.

  • I appreciate that my concerns are addressed and the advise given is helpful and achievable.

  • Southcoast is going downhill fast. Terrible hold times, getting run around from office to office. You have to be your own advocate. It's terrible. I'm searching for new doctors.

  • Helpful and friendly staff. Cannot think of what to improve.

  • Everyone involved in my telehealth appointment was courteous and helpful.

  • Quick and easy visit.I would like to see an option to mail order medications saving a pharmacy visit.

  • even though my PCP was not there the office got me an appointment with Dc.Ringiewicz within 2 hours

  • Excellent experience. Thorough and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

  • I was taken into the room in a timely manner and had to wait awhile before I was seen

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
