  • Always very friendly and professional.

  • Great experience today!

  • Dr. R was very attentive to my concerns and provided the best plan to move forward. Unfortunately there aren't therapist that are accepting my insurance.

  • The Doctor and his staff are always thoughtful and concerned about the welfare of the patient .

  • Dr. Ringiwicz was horrible. He came in and didn't even look at me and asked why I was there. I proceeded to tell him and all he did was look at the computer for the next 10 min. He did not seem to care I was in distress. He basically said he couldn't do anything for me and sent me on my way. He did not even try to ease my discomforts. I do not recommend him. The nurses however were amazing and made it a lot better.

  • In general a perfect visit for my health care.

  • Always good experience.

  • Dr Ringewitz listened patiently while I explained my situation, explained the reasons for it, and provided me with a solution that seems to be working. Sorry I misspelled his name.

  • Dr was knowledgeable and professional !

  • I could clearly overhear this provider talking about me in the hallway very rude before entering my room. My name and my symptoms were laughed about. He had terrible bedside manner when with me. I've never seen him before and hopefully never will again. Disgusted.

  • Able to get appt. Same day -?Then waited almost an hour before provided came into examining room.

  • Couldn't expect anything more from my appointment

  • Thank you for seeing me as soon as possible.

  • I was called in, almost right away. My vital signs were checked and my med list gone over with me. I didn't have to wait long to see the Dr. All of my questions, were answered. I went to the lab, for routine blood work and the staff there are pleasant and good at their job.u00A0

  • Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable-don't change.

  • Nothing to suggest.I always feel I receive competent care and attention.

  • I've been seeing Dr. Ringiewicz for decades and he's been a very effective primary care provider and partner in my own health, so I'm perfectly pleased with that. I gather he'll soon retire and so I'll probably need to move on to someone. I hope we have someone as good. Thanks.

  • Both my physician and my nurse were caring, understanding and truly available. I am so grateful!

  • Always Treated with the Utmost Respect, and have my concerns and questions responded to, to my complete satisfaction. Always seen promptly and professionally. Very Impressed with the Care and Concern expressed by All Members of Facility and Staff. Primary Care Physician is Always Knowledgeable and Compassionate with regard to all my Medical issues... Thankful to have such a Great Team of Medical and Support Staff looking after my health!

  • Had appt with a provider that was not my child's provider. This specific provider was not friendly at all and talked to me like I didn't understand my child's medical issues and made me feel like I was asking for things just because. The provider we saw was not my child's original provider in office. However the medical assistant that brought us in to room [Name] was excellent as I kept apologizing to her. She made me feel like nothing was my fault and everything was ok. Provider we saw made me feel very little for asking for things and seemed like he did not want to be bothered.

  • As always, prompt and quality and caring service and assistance. Thank you.

  • Quick in and out...pleasant communicator I haven't seen for years! Wish he wasn't close to retirement!

  • I'd never met this provider before and he did a really great job. I was anxious because I'd never met this provider, stressed about my health, and then to make matters worse he had to break some bad news to me. I was pretty upset but he did everything in his power to provide as much information he could about my options which I greatly appreciated. He didn't make me feel rushed, he answered all my questions, and he asked that I follow up after another test which I found considerate. He seems like a great asset to this office and please tell him thank you for me because I may have forgotten in the moment.

  • Prompt, efficient staff, friendly.

  • My primary care physician reviewed my chart before my exam because he started the exam with questions from my previous visit. He was thorough in my examination asking probing questions. Listened to my concerns practicing active listening and referred me to a specialist for future treatment explaining why. Incredible bed side manners.

  • Always courteous , kind and professional !

  • Efficient is the best way to explain it

  • I found my visit to be perfect.

  • very professional first time going to Dr. Ringiewicz and I felt very comfortable with his team.

  • Everything was timely and I didn't need to wait in the waiting room or after I was admitted into a doctor's room. Everything was really run efficiently and professionally with care and attention. Lab work was done during my visit and I had lab results posted on MyChart within a few hours.

  • Always professional and friendly

  • Was appreciated that I could be seen at last minute notice, even being at the end of the day.

  • Dr did not introduce himself, just said hello.

  • Caring dedicated staff & Doctor!

  • Dr Ringiewitz top Dr of all time

  • Doctor's and nurses always Excellent

  • This physician was excellant very understanding and a wealth of knowledge

  • Staff and physician are very good.

  • The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, in particular, [Name] Unfortunately I did not get the name of the nurse that assisted our doctor but she was very pleasant and helpful.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
