  • Hi, everything was perfect, except the receptionist was a little bit less than attentive, but everybody else was very good.

  • Great staff

  • Knowledgeable, compassionate- great combination

  • It has always doing with Dr. Mark is an absolute pleasure any question, I asked I get a thorough answer to he gives me personal suggestions on improving Health, well, being and I've been with him for over 18 years and will continue to make him my primary care doctor. Thank you.

  • Dr. Ringerwitz is excellent. I called at 8:30am when the office opened. I had covid 3 weeks prior and had been testing negative for 1 week. I was having a covid related complication and they told me they had no sick that day or the next. That a nurse would call me soon and go over things. A nurse finally called me back at 11:45. When I told her what I told the secretary about my health she said they should have given me an appointment. I have been. Patient here at the office in Swansea for a long time. Anytime I call for a sick appointment this same thing happens. They don't have any appointments for several days.

  • Very professional and timely

  • I was extremely satisfied that I was not pushed to come into the office

  • Visit went well. Blood test left large bruising on arm.

  • Seemed not to care, rushed

  • At times feels like just another typical patient....a little more concern would be helpful. Patients should be first and foremost in an medical setting.

  • My experience at...with the physician was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, explained everything clearly and completely, and I had complete confidence in the visit and the support staff, as usual at Swansea Family Practice. So I have nothing but good things to say about the institution, about the people, about the staff, and about the physicians who work there.

  • No comment. It was outstanding!!!

  • Everyone was very efficient and helpful. Dr Ringiewicz was very concerned because I hadn't been there for quite a while. He made sure that I was checked out and had all of the prescriptions that I needed. I will be going back for blood work this week. To make sure that everything is ok.

  • I can't think of anything.

  • I was seen right away with a great Doctor

  • The dct was very nice and explained my concerns

  • Provider see me in a timely manner thanks a bunch

  • I could not ask for a better doctor.

  • I appreciate that my thoughts, ideas and issues are always taken seriously.

  • I think a telehealth would have been better in my case because he didn't even look at me just booked another appointment with a specialist also the lab was closed and now I have to go back for labs that they couldn't book for 5 days later

  • I have been going to this office for years. I have always been seen by a doctor very quickly, with in a day or two. Very happy here wouldn't think of changing now.

  • The doctor was helpful. The support staff can be abrasive at times. The nurse was difficult to reach on the phone but at least made the appointment with the doctor which was reassuring.

  • Excellent service

  • Very caring and helpfull and eager to help me while I was sick

  • Easy to schedule appointment. Team was professional. Dr was prompt and professional.

  • I was able to be seen a week earlier than my scheduled appt because I was having so much pain. I saw a provider I'd never seen before, but he was quick and I was in and out within 20 mins which was great.

  • office staff was very polite and friendly

  • Overall great experience

  • Timely advice

  • I was pleases that Swansea Family Practice is continuing to host medical students! It's a fine group of doctors that I have been seeing literally since I was a kid.

  • Once I need the appointment, I got an immediate follow up from a nurse, asking me more questions that I initially gave. She was following up with me right away to make sure I would be getting the right service from the doctor. I really appreciated that. She did a good job.

  • I have been with Dr. Mark going on 18 years, through very smooth times and through open heart surgery recovery and cancer now. He has always been a tremendous support, fountain of information and guidance. Besides a physician he has been a friend to both myself and my wife.

  • Provider listened intently to my needs

  • My son is 17 so he did the visit with the provider without us. He had a good experience and had no questions during the visit.

  • I called and was given a quick telehealth appointment

  • Tried explaining what I am going through. Since this is all so new to me

  • Telehealth is convenient for minor illnesses. It was quick and easy to schedule.

  • Doctors at this facility excel at building personal relationships with their patients. they are efficient but always take the time to make the patient feel as if health care is a doctor-patient partnership. And they are very knowledgeable. I never hesitate to recommend Swansea Family Practice.

  • Respectful and kind. It means everything

  • Shots are never offered or mentioned such as pneumonia, shingles etc. Never approached about scheduling mammogram, colonoscopy. I am 56 and have been a patient for at least 6 years. I have had serious conditions that were t addressed. Phone calls by other professionals trying to help are not returned.

  • Everything was great. Telehealth is a great concept!

  • My appointment when they called was right on time. I had follow up information i talked to two different nurses, two different times. And then my doctor call me at 4:15. So everything went well, I would do it again. Thank you.

  • Every time I've been with this provider hes not my primary be it for myself or children. Hes not very nice hes really cold an rude. I seriously question coming back here EVERY time I see this dr. Today was no exception I left in tears. I never feel heard I literally feel like I'm wasting his time an that he could honestly care less about my well being. He really shouldn't work with people. Maybe more behind the scene but Not with people. I really am contemplating leaving this office I've been with my primary dr. Over 20 years an the staff have been rude an just don't make you feel like they used too! I used to feel like part of a family there not anymore even my primary dr. He doesn't seem like he's interested in my well being like before. Never goes over my bloodwork with me i gotta Google my results mychart doesn't explain anything.. This is even before covid happened something changed there an not for the better. I really loved coming here everyone used to be so nice an welcoming now I always feel like a bother an trying to get an appointment now is crazy. Whats the point of having a dr. If you can barely get an appointment. I feel bad writing this but I've held it in way too long. An after today's appointment it needs to be said.

  • I did not feel rushed at all! It was nice to feel like I was a priority and staff took their time and engaged in conversation

  • Very kind and courteous, greeted me in friendly manner.

  • Very organized and friendly environment.

  • I have been with Southcoast Health,[Name] for many, many years and they are truly ,to me the best providers in New England.

  • Dr. Ringiewicz is A wonderful position staff is very attentive and the experience is always a good one.

  • Pleasant experience

  • I had a wonderful experience

  • Dr. Ringiewicz is always attentive and caring. I've had him for a long time.

  • Listened

  • No improvements needed. The staff is always friendly and professional, weather it be in office or telehealth. The Dr. is always on time, he moves right along through the appointment without me feeling rushed, and is always professional. I am very happy with the whole office.

  • Had no problems. Everyone was curious and well trained in their profession

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
