About Marivyl Laxer MD
Dr. Laxer earned her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. She completed residencies in internal medicine at Makati Medical Center in the Philippines and at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass.
She also completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Makati Medical Center, Philippines.
Dr. Laxer is board-certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Bristol South Medical Society. Dr. Laxer is fluent in the Philippine language.

Hello, yes, Dr. Laxer is a wonderful provider. She is positive, she's kind, she's caring, she's professional. She is just an excellent clinician and I enjoy having her as my primary and I hope I can continue. She's very difficult to get in to see. For my next visit, I think I have to wait past my usual month of September when I see her, but hopefully I will be able to see her again in September. So I am very positive about Dr. Laxer.
