Louise received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. She received a secondary Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She then went on to obtain a Master of Science – Adult Nurse Practitioner from the Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee.
She is affiliated with numerous nursing associations such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and GAPNA (Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurse Association)
She likes to partner with her patients on their health journey and to be a support, providing them with information needed for their making the best possible decisions for their health. She believes that providing holistic care, including body, mind, and spirit is paramount to providing quality care to each individual. She works with her patients to determine the solution to an issue to find the best possible outcome.
The experience of multiple family members’ acute and chronic illnesses inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. She chose adult (internal) medicine due to her desire to provide quality health care to those in similar situations.

When not at work she enjoys gardening, reading, swimming, and spending time with family exploring New England.
