  • Don't need to change anything my telehealth apptment was on time and the provider helped me with issues

  • Hello, the ability to make an appointment still needs to be improved. So, you call, you hold for a solid 25 to 30 minutes to speak to somebody who determines that you do, in fact, need to have a sick visit that day, but that person is not empowered to actually make the appointment for the sick visit. You have to then wait for somebody to call you back and for someone like me, who's a working professional, or if you have employees who work places where they can't have their phone with them when they're out on, you know, like the sales floor or a manufacturing floor, it makes it impossible for them to ever reach the phone to then make the appointment because you miss the call back from the provider. So, you have to somehow figure out how to make it one phone call that you make in order to make an appointment, not that you get cleared to have an appointment and then have to wait for somebody to call you back. Thank you. Bye. Bye.

  • I never received the new patient packet before my first visit, even though I called the office over a week in advance to tell them I didn't receive it. Extremely long phone waits when calling. The office and clinical support staff I met on my first visit were very nice and professional. I had a very good first visit with Lindsey Sullivan PA.

  • I find that Dr. Brian Fitzpatrick and Lindsay Sullivan (PA) are very available when I have questions or issues. I like the way the office is run in that there is a minimum of wait time before being seen by the provider. Everyone is polite and respectful.

  • I say Lindsey the PA for Dr. Fitzpatrick. I have a fairly simple case that is complicated as it crossed from dental into medical which has caused incredible confusion on the part of the medical doctors and specialists who seem unfamiliar with the progression of dental infections into the body. Lindsey actually listened to what has happened and attempted to understand the situation without pre-judgement or trying to fit the symptoms into a box they don't fit into. She was thoughtful and polite and very considerate without judgement or speculation. It was a refreshing visit compared to months of difficult encounters with people who assumed the symptoms are wrong because they couldn't put in a simple code to pop out a simple diagnosis. Highly recommend.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
