This was an excellent experience today. Kristen knew everything that was on my chart. She knew all the drugs that I was taking and she knew all of the visits that I had with other doctors. She was right on top of everything and she was very willing to listen. And she's one of the very few that actually come in and introduce themselves to you, which I really appreciated.
