About Keri Fazzino

Keri Fazzino, FNP-BC earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Curry College. She continued her education and furthered her expertise by earning her Master of Science in Nursing degree and gaining the title of Family Nurse Practitioner at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University. Her clinical interests include adult medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health.

Prior to starting her career as a nurse practitioner, Keri worked for Southcoast Health as a registered nurse for five years. She has continually served her patients with quality, individualized care. Her personal philosophy of care is characterized by empathy and compassion. Becoming an Advanced Practice Practitioner has enabled Keri to further help Southcoast patients by gaining the ability to diagnose and treat them.

In her free time, Keri enjoys biking, walking, and spending time with her family.

  • My nurse practitioner was amazing, amazing, very, very knowledgeable, people-oriented. She really talked to me easy so I can understand, and she gave me different questions to see if everything is okay. And she went way above and beyond, you know, her duties to kind of calm me down because I have anxiety. She was amazing. She needs a 10-plus, and thank you very much for the service. Thank you.

  • The provider spent a great deal of time with the patient who has a disability. She asked questions and was very thorough and careful.

  • Kerri has helped me a number of times. Most recently I had a problem with blood pressure and she recommended I go to the ER. When I chose not to go she actually called me the next morning to ask how I was feeling. She made an appointment for me that day and arranged to get me an appointment with the cardiologist the next day. Her concern and thorough treatment makes me feel like more of a person than a file number. She's great ?

The staff at the Lab were also very friendly and quickly got me in. The girl that took my blood was very friendly and did a nice job. Found my vein easily and did not create a large bruise. Overall, I had a great experience.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
