Kaylee Pinto MSN, APRN, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Family Nurse Practitioner, degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Her clinical interests include Obstetrics & Gynecology and Pediatrics.  Kaylee enjoys spending time at the beach, shopping, and traveling with her husband and two sons.

  • Very thorough

  • I didn't understand that having a relationship with your pcp was important until I came to this office and I LOVE coming here my concerns and needs were thoroughly explained I want my whole family to come here

  • Kaylee is amazing, she listens and explains everything thoroughly.

  • Today I was seen by the RNP, and she was as fabulous as Dr.[Name]. She was thorough, easy to talk to about my health and offered many tips to me about other health concerns I have mentioned to her during this visit. She's awesome.

  • Telehealth doesn't work out too well when you have a flip phone and an office visit really is needed as it is the same copays for insurance. It is not fair as a patient.

  • Dr K is always willing to listen and respond to any and all questions, her No [Name] was also very helpful this week!!

  • I called on Monday to ask for an appt because of an infection, and they got me into the office at 8:30am the next day..I was very grateful,as I had an infection that needed antibiotics.

  • The screening process for Covid was excellent. However, I never saw the MA /RN wash hands or use sanitizer. It should be practice that it's done in front of the patient. Also, she took the pulse ox out of her pocket to put on my finger. I have no idea if it was washed. This should be done in front of the patient. The NP was amazing, listened attentively, and was very thorough.

  • Office personnel and staff r very personable and courteous.

  • Everyone at Dr [Name] office is so kind, and knowledgeable. Even during these Covid times they made me feel safe at the visit and really took their time with me.

  • [Name] saw NP on November 18 th not the 19 th and we were impressed with her professionalism and her ability to connect with [Name] and make him feel comfortable. She explained everything well in terms that [Name] could understand. We will probably consider seeing this NP for future appointments rather than the doctor herself as the NP ha a schedule more conducive to our needs and she is very approachable.

  • Very good visit. Very prompt and the NP listened very closely and assured me she would get a diagnosis after my blood results.

  • Very easy, convenient and efficient. Felt exactly like an office visit. All pertinent questions were asked, and all of my questions were answered and all needs addressed immediately.

Able to see me in the office same day and have a plan for treatment and a backup plan if it was going to require self-home-care before a return visit would resolve the issue. Very good at listening and explaining on all of the few topics that came up.

  • I seen kaylee pinto for my yearly physical and she made me feel soo comfortable. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She thoroughly explained to me everything I asked. I love this office even the nurse that took my temperature and blood pressure was super nice. I have dr Tina charest as my pcp and she's amazing as well!!! I'm soo happy they took me in as a patient because my previous provider always made me feel crazy or never listened to what I said and was very very forgetful never made me feel comfortable. I always tell people it's important to find a dr that you love and I did thank you!!!

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
