Anytime, I call my primary care office with any kind of medical issue they try to get me in right away. The medical staff is always very pleasant.

My appointment was at 9:45 and I was called in at exactly 9:45, which is the most important thing to me. I really appreciate it that they understand I'm taking time off from my work and need to be met with a provider as fast as possible and they truly did that. Also Dr. Katie was very nice and kind explained everything to me and was very professional. My lab work was also done very fast and I got the results very quickly too.Overall they work very efficiently and I would highly recommend them.

Call because I wasn't felling well, got an appointment within a few hours, was taken in very quickly and the NP covered all basses for testing including covid and flu. Was happy to help a student learn as well, I love to help future medical professionals. Everyone that attended to ne was great.

They were very helpful because I've been sick for two and a half weeks with this infection because I have COPD and she was very helpful and she asked me a lot of questions so she could get maximum help for me and I was very appreciative.

Nurses are great at getting back to me ti help me manage my over counter medication in addressing rsv and my athsma and I improved greatly. As I prefer to stay home and manage while avoiding the hospital. Today's appt I was prescribed necessary prednisone and keep using rescue inhaler, to keep improving. Feel better.

Instead of seeing the Dr I saw the nurse practitioner. Not a problem. It was a well check up. Uneventful. I am lucky I am what they refer to as a well patient. Hope to stay that way.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
