Katie Titcomb is as always a complete pleasure. I always look forward to my appointments with her as she always knows exactly what's going on with me, my history, and my health. My only disappointment this time was that I had a packed day and didn't have the usual time to spend discussing my health. Katie understood, got me in and out after completing her work in her usual excellent and professional manner. I look forward to my next appointment with her as always.

PA Titcomb was incredibly well prepared. For a first meeting, she knew and understood my history. She listened and documented everything I said with impeccable accuracy. She instilled confidence both through her demeanor and hands on exam. She made me feel confident about my condition both in the moment and for future needs. She respected my opinion regarding my care. I was dreading the visit prior to going, but PA Titcomb alleviated my apprehension. It was a satisfying visit that provided me with a plan for future issues. It really was a positive experience.

The nurse was kind, compassionate and listened to what my conscerns were. She took pictures for my chart , put in a referral for me for further treatment , trying a new plan of action for my concerning issues. The check in and check out staff ( [Name]) was very helpful in explaing the process to register in Boston and wrote down the numbers I needed I felt " heard and seen" which was very important to me ..The office clean and orderly .

The provider was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. What I did not like was that I was scheduled for an audio appointment, and it was not scheduled. Therefore, I have to make another trip there to take care of this. I think that they should have been done on the same day.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
