  • The office was great. Everything went well. You guys need to get away with the call center because you can never get back through to the office to speak to anybody when you have questions. It's a horrible way to do healthcare.

  • This was my first time going to this South Coast office. I was very impressed with the office. Very nice , to say the very least! The medical assistant was extremely nice. Sadly, I did not get her name. Last but not least, Dr Titcomb was wonderful! I felt so comfortable with her. If a Dr doesn't have a pleasant personality I usually won't go back. She was great! I would highly recommend her.

  • The only rating I gave that was low was in regard to getting an appt as soon as I needed it. I have been having sinus issues for awhile and the soonest appt they could provide was 4+ months. I know its not their fault but it was not 'when I needed it'. This was a great practice and the provider was very professional and helpful. Very happy with my visit!

  • Yes, I was there for a post-op appointment and I was supposed to get a one-month post-op with Dr. Fox and I was not able to get one until instead of in June, I got one in the end of July. So that's my only feedback.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
