This provider was very excellent to me. He was very understanding to my needs. He knew exactly what to do with the results with my test and to send me for further testing. I will see him for follow-up and we will go from there.

Everyone was very respectful and pleasant. Had no problems at all. The Dr was very pleasant he explained what he was going to do and why. Once I was done he explained what kind of medications he was going.to order and as we spoke he ordered them. I would tell everyone to call this office of they are having any problems.

Joshua Frias was amazing and certainly worth the wait to get an appointment with him. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail and in a manner we could understand. He was outstanding, we have never had such a thorough ENT appointment.

We used to be able to get an appointment right away if it was a sick visit. Now you still have to wait like a month, month and a half.

All went well; can't imagine what changes mght have been made to improve the appointment.

The Dr and his staff were very nice. However, calling that particular office, the staff are less than accommodating or understanding. I know it's difficult to deal with the public all day, but I've called for me and my father and both experiences were not the best.

Joshua impressed me, and I'm not easily impressed by healthcare providers, especially nowadays. He is a great listener, and explains things well. His calm, kind demeanor is wonderful, and helped put me at ease whereas otherwise I would have been anxious, especially as this was my first time having a laryngoscopy.

Wait time was showing 0 on board but waited 25 minutes and I said something to the nurse administrator who was less than friendly

I don't think you could have improved my experience. I had a good experience. Those two people I talked to, they're very knowledgeable in the hearing department. That's about all I got to say. They treated me very well. That's about it.

I wouldn't change anything. Everyone was prompt, polite, and I didn't have to wait. It's always a good experience when I see Joshua Frias. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable seeing him. I am recommending him to a friend who is having a problem with her hearing.

It was my first visit so I was a bit nervous but everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable.

Everyone was fabulous, from the receptionist, to PA Joshua. and Audiologist ! Clean, office, staff wore crispy white medical coats, the cleanest coats i've ever seen! My only suggestion is the lighting on the stairs from the entrance to the office upstairs. Yes, we can take the elevator, but sometimes i prefer stairs.. very very dim lighting, almost unsafe ! Thank you!

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
