About Jessica Inwood MD
Dr. Inwood is in practice at Southcoast Health Weight Management Center in Fall River and Wareham, where she specializes in Obesity Medicine. She is on the medical staff of Charlton Memorial Hospital. A 2004 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Dr. Inwood completed her residency at the Self Regional Healthcare/Montgomery Center for Family Medicine in Greenwood, S.C in 2007. Her special interests include non-surgical weight management, including prescription medications, personalized nutrition and exercise plans, behavior modification, and reversal and prevention of weight-related diseases. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Massachusetts Medical Society. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.

The staff is extremely helpful. We were late to our appointment and they worked it out for us!! When we needed help the receptionist helped us outside and showed us how to get to parking and the elevator. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr Inwood is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and explained her plan so that we could understand it. Going to this visit was a real pleasure!
The provider and the staff were exceptional. My first time going there and everybody was polite and happy and I think the most the best experience I've had going to a new doctor in a while. This was my first appt with Dr Inwood, she was very thorough going over options. Dr. Inwood also explained the pricing of different medications and that this is a lifetime medication once you start.

I have been under the care of Dr. Inwood and her team for the past ten months. I have always felt cared for in the most professional and caring way. My questions were always answered in a timely manner, and the end result of all the care has changed my health in the most positive way.
On time, I never felt rushed , explained everything I need to know.
I had to wait about 3 months for a new patient visit but I loved the treatment I received from everyone at the practice. Everyone was kind and Dr Inwood made me feel confident that I can reach my goals.
