  • Jeanne LaRock is amazing -- one of the best provider experiences I've ever had. She was attentive, thoughtful, and decisive. She facilitated lab and specialist appointments with zero delay and made me feel fully cared for.

I just wish that I could have had an appointment with my PCP as she is familiar with my concerns and we have a great relationship but when I called I was told she had nothing for months. Should be able to leave a message for PCP and have HER decide if she can fit me in or if I can see another provider.

  • I think this is the first doctor that actually listened to my concerns over something that I think I've had for a couple years. She's really good. She explained things. The only thing I would change is how to walk in when you were getting checked. I felt really bad because the young couple cut about 3 elderly people that we're waiting in line. So I think it should be a little bit clearer and have more staff so people aren't (INAUDIBLE)

  • This was a urgent appointment unscheduled. They were able to see me in a timely fashion and this is the first time I was meeting this particular nurse practitioner. She was extremely thorough and friendly, she was professional and she answered all my questions and I would recommend her and the practice to anyone.

  • I enjoying seeing Jeanne LaRock the Nurse Practitioner, I currently need to find a new Primary Care Doctor, (Dr. [Name] left) and there are no doctors in that office taking new patient. I am very disappointed I have to find a new health care office.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
