Dr. Lambert is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He completed a residency in internal medicine at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center in New York City and cardiovascular fellowship at Boston Medical Center in Boston.

Dr. Lambert specializes in coronary artery disease, valvular disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and preventative cardiology. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and a member of the American Heart Association.

  • I have been home since March to avoid getting covid-I am fortunate to have a wife and kids that take care of things to insure that I/we all stay safe.I almost cancelled my appointment because I am honestly terrified to get the virus with my multiple health issues but I went anyway.from the second I arrived there,everybody went out of the way following protocols and not once did I feel worried about the virus.everyone was masked and social distancing.the only thing I missed was shaking hands with Dr.Lambert.I love that guy and I'm an old school handshake guy! other than that this was as always a pleasant visit!

  • I liked that I didn't have to wait too long and I probably waited under 10 minutes before I saw the doctor. Where I was examined, it was very clean, and I had a question about how to leave the office building. It was a little confusing, and they're very helpful, just point the right way, but they seemed like they're interested, you know, so, that's what I'm saying. They're very nice people. So, thank you.   • This was my first this is with Dr. Lambert. It was the console he's was very informed, knowledgeable, listens carefully and I am seeing him as a cardiac specialty referral. He did order a test of a test for me which would be a Holter monitor and we will go from there and he explained his course of action. Any also took an EKG and then based on the findings. There will be some other tests if necessary.

  • Staff were not friendly and did not interac not interact with patient. DR Lambert was kind and friendly. That is why I have him as a doctor

When I called to let them know I was there, I was left on hold for 10 minutes and there wasn't any apology or any sense of patient empathy.

I had my medication list in hand at the outset, and Dr. Lambert and I covered all bases, discussing testing for the next visit. Also, my allergist had used the telephone visit procedure in March, so I was familiar with the process.

The front office listened carefully and scheduled and called me back within the hour after speaking to my cardiologist with a prescription and an appt for a phone call with my dr. Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
