Patient Comments (39)

  • Kind, caring staff from entry to exit.

  • Very little wait time in waiting AND in exam room.

  • So far everything was right.

  • When I called I got in very soon. Dr. Miniutti is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always feel reassured when I come out of there.

  • I love my doctor!

  • Wonderful personnel

  • Everyone in the office is well informed, courteous, and interested. What a doctor- patient experience should be.

  • Dr Miniutti was excellent. She listened carefully to me and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get better.

  • Dr Manuitti and her staff are outstanding. Dr. Manuitti is exceptional. She listens, she is knowledgeable, caring and very intuitive. I feel fortunate to have such an incredible doctor.

  • My annual check up was thorough and time allowed for questions and discussions.

  • I'm a medical professional myself, and this was my first visit to this office (new from out of state). Outstanding practice and provider! I was impressed.

  • Timely, courteous, caring and knowledgeable staff. Great visit.

  • Dr. Minutia always makes me feel comfortable and easy to discuss things.

  • No improvement necessary

  • They fit me in because I had popped veins and redden hands, not sure what was going on and it scared me. They were extremely nice and didn't think I was crazy! Took their time asked a lot of questions listened and did blood work. I really felt they were concerned and I was not some wacky person.I am not one to get "sick" or cry wolf for every little pain or ache so it means a lot for the staff to take time to listen.

  • I’m very satisfied with my experience at south coast. I’m a nurse Practitioner and so have that perspective as well as Jane doe patient. Both my spouse and I see the doctors at the office and are satisfied

  • The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

  • Overall a great experience, however, wish the provider had spent a little more time with me. Felt a bit rushed.

  • Always feel like Dr. Minutti is giving me the kind of consideration she would her own family, and it truly means so much to me, to have her listen and answer all my questions.

  • Pleased with care.

  • As always everyone was friendly!

  • The doctor paid attention and addressed my concerns as well as providing input on what i could be doing better to stay healthy

  • I received an appointment the same day I called. Dr M listens very carefully and is extremely caring.

  • The staff at this facility is the BEST. Efficient, polite, friendly and helpful. I worked in the medical field and have inside knowledge of how it functions. Things run smoothly here.

  • I presented in tears with a potential [Redacted- sensitive health issue]. The young girl at check-in (description purposeful) never acknowledged my distress and was more concerned with EPIC issued. It took another employee to tell her that I need to be referred out because the facility does not have a lab.

  • I was able to see the Doctor the same day I called which was wonderful.

  • This office seemed very organized and efficient. My new provider was very attentive and understanding. The visit did not feel rushed. Getting lab tests done was very convenient and quick. I was very happy with my experience.

  • Dr. Miniutti is great; it's just tough to actually see her for some types of complaints/routine things because she's in such high demand. But when you can get to her, like I did in this case (which was a little more unusual than something routine), it's always worth it.

  • Get rid of the white noise device. It's noisy and eats at the peaceful atmosphere. I'd rather have the noise of a small low setting fan to push the hot air around. Too warm in the examining room. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and assuring. I never have to wait long for assistance or the doctor.

  • I am so blessed to have Dr. Miniutti as my PCP. She is extremely thorough, professional, caring, and takes time with her patients. Her staff is also very professional and kind. Thank you.

  • The staff is amazing. And I never have to wait past my appointment time. I love how efficient they are.

  • This last visit was one of the more timely visits and everyone was friendly and professional.

  • Several things were done well - as this was my first visit, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The nurse let me know that the MD was running late and gave an estimate (which was awesome - I don’t mind if you are running late when you let me know). I love the small office and personal feel. And finally, I was very happy to get a follow up call the next day asking about my first visit.

  • I feel confident with care I receive from Dr. Miniutti.

  • Asked for same day appointment for injury and was seen in about 2 hours.

  • I just switched to this practice last year. The staff are all very nice!

  • The front staff is not friendly. When checking in she did not smile. She take my name and told me I could have a seat. Did not seem happy. Also when calling to make an appointment the staff member was not understanding that I wanted to see the doctor and not the n/p. She told me she “wasn’t sure if that could happen. “ I wanted to see the doctor because she already knew my history with anxiety.

  • Doctors [Name] and Minutti are awesome and truly care about their patients!

  • Very reassuring and gave me positive feedback on staying healthy

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
