Jacqueline Rosa received her Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Rhode Island and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College.

She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association. Jacqueline is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is licensed in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Her clinical interests include chronic illnesses and women’s health. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, cheering on New England sport teams and knitting.

NP Jackie Rosa was very helpful. She told me to call any time...including late on a Friday, telling me she would still get the message. I wish WFM was open on Saturday mornings as I have not had consistent care when I have gone to an urgent care facility. Once I went to Charlton and waited 7 hours before I gave up and left.

I always have a great experience at the Westport location. It's fast and friendly. They always fit me in and whoever is on phones is always very sweet. The office is always decorated adorably and all the NPs are amazing! They are kind, and they actually listen, never judge and they take you seriously, which is honestly hard to find. They make the whole experience.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
