  • Jackie is by far the best Dr/NP I have seen there. She did what I felt was a thorough physical exam. I have not had a physical like that since having Dr Hood. Thank you Jackie for being so nice and thorough.

  • On time, explains well and listens and interacts with patient.

  • Professional

  • Quick response, polite, answered all my questions.

  • Jacqueline was wonderful. She's very informative and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all. And she is extremely knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable the entire time.

  • Satisfied with everything. Everything went well.

  • Great experience, very friendly and caring staff!!

  • This was my first time seeing Jackie and she was great. Very informative and she really took the time to listen to my concerns. I needed procedures and she explained them and made sure I was comfortable throughout

  • Jackie was an absolute pleasure to have for a Nurse Practitioner. She has always been extremely thoughtful and caring when I have questions or concerns regarding any of my health issues, which thankfully now are very minor compared to others. Thank you to all in the office.u00A0

  • The NP Jacqueline Rosa was awesome. She was very understanding of my son's condition at the office and used caution and compassion to treat my son. The nurse however who took my son's vital signs was quite disappointing. We've had the same nurse multiple times and I feel as though I never get an accurate weight or height on my son even when he is very cooperative. She guessed his height based on him walking by a tape measure on the wall and was off by at least 5 inches. This is not the first time it has happened. She has miss read his weight by 4 lbs as well in a previous visit. It is just disappointing as these are the basics. I will continue to attend the office as I love the doctor and both NP on staff they are absolutely wonderful but I've been quite frustrated with the nursing staff.

  • Jacqueline was wonderful. Medical assistant came off as a bit rude at first

  • Faster answering of phone and faster call backs. Prescribing the least expensive medication ,not the most expensive.

  • Excellent, professional, courteous, understanding , sweet, empathetic, present in the moment, fantastic attention from reception to exam. Keep up the kindness and dedication to your very important profession. I truly appreciate it. And exit scheduler was also very engaged and pleasant!

  • Timely appointmentFriendly, engaged staffListened and eased patient anxiety over ailments

  • Everything was done well !

  • Care when seen for appointment was excellent but calling about an issue was tedious and very time-consuming ( ie : very long wait time holding via phone trying to get to talk to nurse and told I would get callback) But missed getting to phone and message left just said to call office again, then repeat above. Would have liked the return message to have been more informative instead of repeating calls,

  • The NP obviously reviewed my medical history prior to my appointment.

  • Jackie was excellent!

  • Jaquelineu00A0Rosa is an asset to this practice. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

  • Reminder calls are very helpful.

  • Things were good explained well and was very good and easy to understand

  • good visit answered all my questions Thanks

  • My appointment was with Jacquelineu00A0for surgical clearance. Jacquelineu00A0was very knowledgeable, professional, engaging and efficient. Everything was processed in a single appointment. I was even contacted with results after all of the labs were in.

  • All well

  • I feel like I was listened to, and that the nurse practitioner was well informed about my health background.

  • Jacqueline,u00A0NP was extremely pleasant, listened and was thorough.

  • I was very... very happy with the doctor. She listened to me. We had a good conversation. I felt like she saw me and like I was connected. And we she addressed everything that was important to me. So she was really good. I appreciated visiting with Jackie.

  • Provider listened well, she was very helpful.

  • The NP was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and very helpful. She is definitely a 10!!!

  • Saw PAu00A0in Dr. [Name] office. She was wonderful. Listened carefully and took lots of time with me.

  • The concerns I had were addressed and in an easy to understand way.

  • The patient room smells like cigarette, smoke steals, to make cigarette smoke when I mentioned it to the MAA there. She said that it was because she had been smoking outside at lunch, but the strong strong smell and the NT didn't listen to what I had to say. So it was a useless visit. Thank you.

  • Jackie was amazing and very understanding of my situation.

  • They were concerned and got me into more test at another location on the same day and quickly contacted me with the results.

  • The visit went very well - on time, covered the purpose of the visit. PA was personable and concerned. No problems.

  • The provider was very intelligent. She was very informed. She was very kind and polite, and she seemed to want to do the best she could to help us in the situation that we were in, and she was very helpful. She did take our history, and she did listen very carefully. My husband has ... hard of hearing, in fact, he can't here and has to read lips. And she spoke very loudly and used hand gestures to help him. I thought she went out of her way to be helpful to him. And he really appreciated the extra care that she gave him. I would recommend her, as a healthcare provider, for anyone because she seemed to be the kind of person you would like to have when you're going through a hard time, because she's going to do the best she can to help you in your situation.

  • Love the facility and staff

  • Prompt efficient and knowledgeable very through on exam and questions friendly courtesy

  • Everything and everyone was great. Thanks!

  • Required lab work but could not make an appointment (fasting) sooner then a week and a half. By then I would have finished my prescription before confirming diagnosis. Which sounds backwards to me.

  • Jackie Rosa was extremely attentive and very professional. I felt that she listened to me and appreciated my concerns.

  • I had an issue that needed a specialist. A splinter that was completely closed up and causing pain. I explained that to the person who answered the phone. Instead of getting a call back from a nurse or doctor, I was given an appointment to see a PA. I took time out of work and go to the appointment to be told there was nothing that could be done there and had to refer me to a hand surgeon. If someone had called me back instead of scheduling this appointment, I could have saved time, money and gotten my appointment sooner with the hand surgeon. It is the fault of whomever chose to make an appointment instead of calling me back as I was told.

  • There's been no follow up or continuity of care. Thank you.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
