  • Dr. Draper was attentive and very informative! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her !

  • It was my first appointment with Dr. Draper but I really liked her and felt comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. One negative is with the MyChart App: I have an appointment for my next physical next August but it keeps offering me different appointments and it's super annoying.

  • Everyone was friendly and courteous.

  • Overall everything is always done well and at an appropriate time!

  • New to the [Name] location after following Dr. Draper. Beautiful facility but the single occupant bathrooms in the waiting area are still labeled as Women and Men. It should be neutral to accommodate all humans. I ended up using both bathrooms because on my way out the Women's was occupied and when I peeked into the Men's, it's the exact same set up!! Both were well kept and I didn't notice a difference, so the signs just need changed to identify that is a bathroom - not who should use it.

  • Was seen in timely manner. Everyone was great end took my health seriously and listened carefully and attitive

  • Dr. Jacqueline Draper is a great doctor. I trust her medical opinions regarding my health and the facility at which she practices.

  • I'm a new patient. I was very happy with my experience.

  • Dr. Draper and her staff are amazing. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Committed to my experience and care. Wait time was not long at all and she actually made me want to return for future appointments.

  • It was a great 1st visit with Dr.Draper..we covered alot of information to help me continue my health care with a new pcp in a new system...everyone was professional and courteous..Michelle is a great nursing asset

  • Clean and inviting facility that was easily accessible. Appeared to be a problem with air conditioning for facility. Fan in waiting area to help keep patients comfortable while waiting but quite warm in patient examination rooms. First visit to facility and new provider. Overall a good visit with follow-up scheduled within 6 weeks. Convenient to have Lab on site or to choose to do Labs at other locations in Southcoast system. My Primary Care provider was based in Boston for over 25 years but pandemic shined a light on how it is vitally important to have access to quality health that is accessible needs locally. Southcoast has worked hard to recruit many wonderful health care providers which has helped greatly in choosing to access health care locally. Thank you.

  • My first time meeting my new PCP, and the staff and my newn PCP were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Glad I made the switch to have a new PCP. I wouldn't change a thing!

  • Dr. Draper makes me feel extremely comfortable speaking to her about my concerns and I feel very heard with her.

  • This was my first time there and everyone was great. I specifically liked how Dr. Draper already knew my medical history and she remembered my husband and even my daughter who had come with him to his first appointment with Dr. Draper.

  • Dr. Draper is so smart, confident, professional, kind, caring. She took the bull by it's horns and got me out of the woods with my health.I had instant trust when I met Dr. Draper in Dec. 2020 because of her confidence in what we needed to do to get me to a safe place with my health. I was scared because I went from no medication to about 4 for diabetes & high blood pressure. I KNOW she prevented me from having a heart attack and or stroke. I can't thank her enough.

  • The office staff and Dr. Draper always professional and always listen to my concerns as well as explain everything that's needed to me where I can understand it thank you.

  • This was my first visit to see Dr. Draper. The people in this office were respectful and so kind. I was treated as if I had been a patient for years. I was completely at ease and never felt rushed. I wish I had found this office years ago. Fantastic group of people!

  • This was my first experience with Dr. J. Tessa Draper. She was wonderful! She really cared about me and I wasn't just another body to her. She informed me of things I needed to know and she made sure I had all that I needed to continue be healthy. If I didn't know the answer to a question, she was kind and told me it was no problem at all. She gave me everything I was looking for in a doctor on my first visits.

  • Telehealth is important but not a substitute for face to face care. This was a new patient visit to establish. My provider truly listened. Intake staff excellent. Check out staff a little detached.

  • Very thorough, listened, accommodating, quick with set up of needed appointments, great bedside manners. Love my new physician

  • Excellent care.

  • Great visit, Thank You

  • Pleasant and friendly staff. Great doctor

  • Finally a doctor that cares about my concerns. She made me feel really good. She was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with her.

  • Staff was great from beginning to the end of my visit. Took care of my needs and Dr Draper is awesome! This is my first visit and more to come. Glad I chose Southcoast so far.

  • Would have preferred to have an in-person appointment

  • The main issue is availability of office and physical appointments. There is a systemic issue when the wait for available appointments for a physical is 14 months or more.

  • Dr. Draper is always professional, kind, and caring. I appreciate her knowledge and willingness to care beyond her office, ie:mammogram and other specialist care. She is very appreciated. Thank you.

  • Did not feel rushed. Staff courteous and friendly

  • Less rushed appt

  • All well explained

  • Dr. Draper is kind and attentive. I have complete faith in her.

  • Listened attentively and engaged me in care decisions

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
