Dr. Draper earner her bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston before completing her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester. She completed residency in Family Medicine at Cambridge Health Alliance and Carney Hospital through Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Draper is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians and Massachusetts Medical Society. She is certified in obesity medicine. Her professional interests include addiction medicine, women’s health and quality improvement.

In her spare time, Dr. Draper enjoys hiking, independent films and music, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

  • I waited a half hour in the waiting area in lobby. Aside from the wait, the front receptionists, MA, and doctor were all very nice.

  • New to the [Name] location after following Dr. Draper. Beautiful facility but the single occupant bathrooms in the waiting area are still labeled as Women and Men. It should be neutral to accommodate all humans. I ended up using both bathrooms because on my way out the Women's was occupied and when I peeked into the Men's, it's the exact same set up!! Both were well kept and I didn't notice a difference, so the signs just need changed to identify that is a bathroom - not who should use it.

  • Clean and inviting facility that was easily accessible. Appeared to be a problem with air conditioning for facility. Fan in waiting area to help keep patients comfortable while waiting but quite warm in patient examination rooms. First visit to facility and new provider. Overall a good visit with follow-up scheduled within 6 weeks. Convenient to have Lab on site or to choose to do Labs at other locations in Southcoast system. My Primary Care provider was based in Boston for over 25 years but pandemic shined a light on how it is vitally important to have access to quality health that is accessible needs locally. Southcoast has worked hard to recruit many wonderful health care providers which has helped greatly in choosing to access health care locally. Thank you.

  • My first time meeting my new PCP, and the staff and my newn PCP were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Glad I made the switch to have a new PCP. I wouldn't change a thing!

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
