  • Everything went well

  • It takes way too long to get an initial appointment with a primary care dr. When moving from out of the area it's important to have a relationship fairly quickly. Luckily I liked the dr but it was 5 months before I could even see her. Other than that everything seems pretty seamless.

  • The staff at this location is outstanding, courteous and well versed in their profession

  • Staff courteous Dr Draper's attention was on my medication and confirming past history. She adjusted my medication lists and we discussed further bone tests and doctor for my foot

  • I am very happy with the care provided.

  • This office exercised thorough screening and answered all of my questions leading up to the visit with care and compassion. Dr Draper is well informed of my history prior to seeing me and genuinely engages in two way dialog that answers my questions and provides greater understanding for my condition and treatments. She has earned my trust in short tenure as my primary care physician and I am fortunate to have her.

  • Dr. Draper asked appropriate questions about my health and welfare and I didn't feel rushed.

  • Very attentive, kind, I didn't feel rush. Dr Draper explained clearly the tests needed

  • Overall, satisfactory visit

  • Talk about my health and asked if i eat good

  • Dr. Draper is the best primary care physician I've ever had. She's kind, intelligent, and a very good listener.

  • Dr. Draper is very over booked. It did take over a year to see her but today's visit was worth the wait. I sense she is very diligent and will provide excellent care.

  • Professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring provider and staff.

  • Listening to my goals

  • Always a great experience when I go there

  • More aware of my total health picture

  • This was my first appointment with Dr Draper. I was very pleased with the time she took to talk to me and discuss issues. I am very happy that I chose her.

  • I appreciate the kindness you receive from the front desk as soon as you come in. It makes you comfortable before an appointment. On top of the Nurses that assist before the doctor comes in. Everything is always done in a timely manor and that's what I love.

  • My whole experience, from start to finish today, was fantastic. Friendly checking in, friendly doctor, friendly nursing assistant.

  • Dr. Drapper and her staff are amazing!

  • Dr. Draper makes your health easy to talk to about and is willing to listen.

  • Dr. Draper is very caring.

  • As someone who has worked in healthcare, I find it difficult to meet a doctor I feel is knowledgeable and has a good bed side manor. Dr. Draper made me feel comfortable, not judged by any of my life choices, and truly listened to my concerns. She also recommended a couple test and confirmed my consent 3 times before performing each test (just a palpations and an EKG). I felt like all of my options for different vaccinations were thoroughly explained to me, but I did not feel pressured to receive them in the office when I could just go to a pharmacy. Being heard is a lot of patients main concern and I am glad I felt heard here. I highly recommend this physician to EVERYONE. The MA that was in charge of my pre appointment information and preformed my EKG was polite, gentle, and overall easy to feel comfortable with. She also thoroughly explained each step of the appointment and answered any questions I had. As I mentioned previously, it's hard for me to find a provide I like, let alone a whole office!

  • I felt like I was being taken care of rather than just an inconvenience as I have felt at other facilities.

  • Good experience

  • Everything was great. First appointment so not ready to answer this question.

  • Check in was fast, rep was very helpful. The nurses made sure I was comfortable and understand what they were doing. Dr.Draper was amazing, it did not feel like a first visit. Took her time to make sure I was aware and updated on everything she was doing.

  • All great.Love it

  • I have not been feeling myself at all lately and was extremely emotional at my appointment. But the nurse and Dr. Draper we're so kind and made me feel so much better and finally at ease. I now feel confident that I'll finally find out why I'm feeling the way that I have been

  • I am trying to find a new provider for Primary Care. I had an appointment at 2:00 to see Dr. Draper. I waited until almost 3 o'clock before I was see. I asked several times at the desk, probably twice, but no one ever came up to me to tell me what was going on. And I just feel like that is just not great to do to a patient. My time is valuable and I missed other things that I had going on today because of it. And I'm a little bit concerned that South Coast, you know, I'm trying to find a doctor within the South Coast Network and this was not a great experience.

  • It was my first meeting with Dr. Draper I was looking for a new primary and she exceeded my expectations---personable, attentive, and made me feel super comfortable.

  • Doctor took the time to listen and explain what I needed.

  • The time for a new patient appointment was 8 months but I luckily got an appointment after a cancellation so my overall wait was only 2 months. Every person I spoke with or interacted with in person was very friendly and helpful.

  • Dr Draper was excellent. I'm happy I chose Her to be my new Primary Care provider. Looking forward to working with her to keep me healthy and happy.

  • Dr Draper is amazing and the staff are as well!

  • From the beginning of my visit to check in very professional to the medical assistant very informant and very professional highly recommended office and the Dr Draper Was the best listen to me that with me explain the whole visit definitely going back and I can't wait I love this office already

  • Friendly staff. Provider is on top of my health and explains my alternatives well.

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
