  • always so friendly and helpful!

  • I had to go to the lab for a blood test. I have a phobia. These things are not easy for me. The front desk folks were great in getting word back to the blood drawers [Name] and [Name] Those young women were amazing! They had a place for me lie down and an ice pack ready for me at my request. They were gentle with me both physically and emotionally. When I mentioned that the torniquet hurt [Name] immediately undid it and put on my sleeve rather than directly on my skin. It was fast, I barely felt it,and it was over with before I knew it. [Name] held my hand and engaged me in conversation to distract me. They are a real asset to the lab staff. I think that this experience will help me to get over my fear of these things

  • My wait was nominal. Dr sheth was very professional. My records had not yet been scanned so he didnt know my history. He did listen to what I had to say.

  • Dr Sheth took the time to listen to me and asked if I had any concerns.

  • Everyone was nice.

  • As a new patient to this provider, I felt he was thorough and listened to my concerns.

  • This is my first appointment with Southcoast. The front desk representatives were very efficient and provided service in a timely manner. My new primary doctor was excellent. He listened and discussed a plan going forward.

  • It was a pleasure to have the team get me in to see Dr. Sheth today with my concerns of issue. All aspects were explained well with diagnosis of my symptoms, and plan of action.

  • Dr. Seth was very patient and understanding with my 90 year old mother. I have recommended my aunt and uncle for him. He now has two new patience.Thank you.

  • It was my initial visit to see Dr. Sheth. He was attentive, was aware of most recent medial history. Reviewed the meds. I am taking. I am pleased to have him as my PCP.

  • My new physician spent time with me and listened to me. He wasn’t in a rush to “get this over with”.I also love the fact that the lab is in the same building. This makes it a wonderful that one can get everything done the same time as the visit.

  • Overall this was the best experience I’ve had at any doctors office. The reason for this was mostly because of how little wait time there was. I spent very little time in the waiting room and the doctor came into the exam room within moments. The doctor was very attentive and helpful and I felt very satisfied with this visit. And the lab to get bloodwork done was just one floor down. So convienient! The only con that I would say if I had to was that the women at the front desk and checkout seemed to be stressed but I can certainly empathize as I’m sure that have a lot on their plate. I will certainly be recommending this office in the future!

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Helpfulness of Clerks & Receptionists, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
