Medication list Sign on give list and go to the callAll in one I don't like the double callsIf you miss the call it's inconvenient
Elizabeth Quann Babineau has been my provider for a few years and is always reliable, knowledgeable, kind and caring. She goes over all my numbers very carefully and always listens to what I have to say. She is efficient but never rushes through my appointment. She explains things very well.
Everybody was very kind, courteous, Listen to what I had to say, and quickly made a plan for me. Got me set up with an appointment explain The televisit called me on time. I was very happy with my services and the courtesy of everybody I spoke with from the person who I called first thing in the morning to everyone who call me back afterwards. Thank you.
It is just excellent, that all I can say, everyone is great there
everything was done very well not a thing needs improving
Beth was great today, so attentive and understanding. Really appreciated her expertise today. The Front office has been challenging to deal with at times. Tried for make an appt two weeks ago and was told I had to go to urgent care, which I did, but it’s disappointing to have to push to have an in person appt with your doctor. My experience yesterday was better and was happy I was able to see my doc today.
Beth Quann Babineau responded to my concerns immediately, with kindness and with discretion. She demonstrated familiarity with my history. Her assistant [Name] was also professional and helpful.
Calling the office can take a Very long time to speak to someone. Hopefully you don't get cutoff and have to start the call over again and again.
The Nurse practioner told me I would receive a telephone call to set up an appointment for a test. They would call soon after she ended our call. I haven't heard from the office, I will call in the morning.
All was fine
Yes, I had an appointment with Dr. A Marie Treadup. Unfortunately she was not available. So Dr. Elizabeth Quann, I forget the last name filled in and she was very nice and accommodating and helped me with my situation.
I was comfortable with the precautions taken to reduce risk of covid 19 from the start to finish of my appointment.
I always see Beth Quann Babineau and she is always kind, pleasant, helpful, concerned at what I have to say and she is always, always professional!
Checking in for bloodwork prior to telehealth appt I felt very safe due to the precautions set up regarding Covid19. Telehealth appt was prompt and my nurse practitioner Beth was very attentive listening to my concerns and we came up with a plan for me going forward.
The visits are informative ,thorough and pleasant
In nearly 20 years, the staff on ALL levels has ALWAYS been the best!
I was in a I was in and out withIn 10 mins very nice timeline.
During these unprecedented times, with Health visits being possible thru the internet, I am very grateful for the accessibility. I know it cannot be easy for receptionists, nurses, techs and PA's to coordinate everything smoothly when they may not all be in the same place. Having been through Chemo recently, I know that medicine has taken a big hit what with Covid-19, and I know they are doing the best they can under strange circumstances. We are all in this together.
Beth my health care provider is exceptional. She is so kind and also willing to listen and answer my questions. My visit with Beth is always a pleasant one.
NP Beth has always been great- she is easy to talk to, always listens, and I always feel comfortable with the care and treatment she gives!
I always have a good experience. Dr Treadup and NP Beth are so kind and caring!
My experience was very good and I felt extremely safe during this pandemic.
Everything was done well
100 % wonderful, on time ..and also a the same regarding the staff! Like that they don’t change!
Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings. Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.
Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.
Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.
How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office. The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
