About Deepthi Deconda MD
Dr. Deconda earned her medical degree from the Deccan College of Medical Sciences in Hyderabad, India. She completed an internship in categorical internal medicine at New York Medical College and a residency in categorical internal medicine at Yale University, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University/Rhode Island Hospital, where she served as a teaching fellow in the division of gastroenterology.
Dr. Deconda is board certified in internal medicine. She is fluent in Telugu and Hindi.

I was provided with an initial appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate this very much. I was greeted in a professional manner & was seen in a timely manner. I was scheduled for a test that worked around my schedule & also had a 6 month follow up appointment unless I had to meet with the doctor before that time.

The employees at the front desk were very courteous, kind and professional. The intake employee in the examining room was thoughtful and thorough. She also advised the waiting patients that Dr. Deconda was running behind. Dr. Deconda has a great manner about her, was very informative and gave me a plan of action for which she would hold me accountable. I'm feeling hopeful that there is good health in my future.

It's a very positive and professional interaction with the medical assistant and with the physician. The only issue was the physician was about 30 minutes late to the appointment.
