At Southcoast Health, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care along with an exceptional patient experience. We appreciate all of your feedback and share your comments to recognize the wonderful care our teams provide to you as well as identify areas for improvement.

  • Can't think of anything to make it better.

  • They call you on time always ask how you been is hardly ever late and most of all he listen to have to say ..

  • I only waited about 10 minutes before I was called in. Very happy with the service.

  • keep doing what your doing

  • This is only my first visit but it went well and I am going back next week for a couple of tests.

  • Providers and the office staff were really nice. The only issue I have is that South Coast itself. Not the provider, but South Coast itself keeps putting the wrong telephone number in for me as the best number where I can be reached the number you called is on a fax number.

  • Dr Stebbins is the best

  • Dr Stebbins and his support staff are top notch

  • Appointment was on time in a clean room reception was nice and informative

  • Dr.Stebbins is compassionate and patient. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. I would highly recommend him.

  • Great job

  • Don't change a thing, they make you feel like you are their only patient.

  • I have no idea how they could improve. I had a very good experience.

  • Generally everyone I encountered was professional and well informed about my case.

  • Entire staff is professional in all interactions. Physicians have my best interest in mind. Very supportive

  • everything was fine

  • Dr Stebbin took the time to explain and show me on a "model heart" what and where my problem was. How to live with it and possible future treatment. He answered all my questions and I left feeling calm and satisfied. As I walked to my car I actually said " I like my doctor ". I felt he cared about me as a person.

  • Dr Stebbins and his entire team are a cut above that which is normally experienced by those that I know. Even my wife's healthcare team is no where near the level that Dr. Stebbins' team are. I have been seeing this group for the better part of 11 years and have come to trust and admire Dr. Stebbins for his demeanor, professionalism, and personal effort to know me as a person. Time and attrition is never something a patient looks forward to with their healthcare team. So I would offer that Southcoast Health should do everything they can to maintain this care group in tact for as long as possible.

  • I am always treated with respect, courtesy, compass ion & professionalism by the staff, but most of by [Name] & Dr. Stebbins.

  • I always get great service, have my questions answered & never have to wait a long time to be seen.

  • Great care team

  • Waiting 30 min. in the exam room after seeing nurse for screening to see the dr.

  • [Name] and Dr. Stebbins were both professional and helpful.

  • Dr. Stabbing was great, the nurse was very unfriendly though. I was nervous because I had never seen a cardiologist before and she was abrupt and didn't answer my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Luckily Dr. Stebbins answered all my questions in a way I could understand so overall it was a good experience.

  • Very informative and knowledgeable

  • Excellent experience. Dr. Stebbins goes beyond basics to search out any more complicated or hidden problems. I feel very confident with his care.

  • Not necessary

  • Dr Stebbins and his staff are very engaged.Dr Stebbins usually adds insightful information. He is very collaborative.

  • Everyone was professional and efficient. Thank you.

  • satisfied with office and personnel

Southcoast Health physician profiles now feature star ratings.  Below, you’ll find frequently asked questions about our process for calculating the ratings.

Why does Southcoast publish survey ratings online?
Southcoast is dedicated to providing patients and consumers with helpful information about the quality of our patients’ experiences. Star ratings published on our physician biography pages are based on actual responses from patients of that particular physician to patient satisfaction surveys that are distributed and processed by a national patient satisfaction survey vendor.

Who receives the survey?
Our vendor sends surveys via SMS or email to all patients seen in our outpatient physician practices who have a valid smart phone number or email address on file with Southcoast Health. Surveys are sent to patients within a few days of their appointment.

How is the Patient Satisfaction Star Rating Calculated?
Star ratings are calculated using an average of all survey responses to each of three questions: Courtesy and Respect of Staff, Provider Overall Rating, and  Willingness to Recommend Provider’s Office.  The star rating displayed on our physicians’ main biography page represents the average of the three measures for that particular physician.
